She confirmed that, yes, they have want I wanted. I hour later the locations calls to say they have no minivans. When we told the caller that the rep confirmed availablility, he challenged us, saying “who did you talk too?” We told him she didn’t give us her name, but it was a woman. He challenged us saying “there’s no woman working here today.” What? You’re arguing with me and basically calling me a liar? Will never rent here again.
