  This is our third rental since May 2025, and it's always perfect; we always come back with pleasure. For our last reservation, the Ford Edge wasn't available, so we were immediately upgraded to a Dodge Durango without even asking – what a treat! A big thank you to Michael B. for his kindness and helpfulness throughout the rental. We'll be back again with even more pleasure!

  I had the worst experience at this location. If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place overbook themselves and when they run out of cars they treat customers horribly. The area manager Cannon is RUDE and lacks accountability. Loren the other manager flat out refused to give me the number to the corporate office. When I told him I wanted to file a complaint, He stated, “ they all are managers ” … and wouldn’t take my complaint seriously. My experience below: My car insurance reserved a car two days prior to pickup. I arrived at the location at approximately 10:45 am. I checked in with Loren. He asked me what kind of car do I drive ? I tell him a Honda CRV. He says, okay we will have a vehicle ready for you in a few minutes we have someone cleaning the cars. Approximately 20 minutes later he shows up with a compact size car ( I don’t remember the brand). I tell him that’s not going to work it’s too small. He then tells me the only other option is a mini van. I asked him if they had any SUVS available at different location? He said he would call another location and check. Approximately 5 minutes later I noticed he started helping another customer. I asked him was he able to get me a car. He said, “ I’m working on it.” The whole time he was walking in and out of store and wasn’t communicating with me so I finally tell another employee ( cannon) that I need a car and I have a 12 o’clock appointment so I need to leave as soon as possible . Cannon tells me there is no guarantee they will be able to get me in a vehicle today so I should come back tomorrow. I tell him my car is at the body shop I need a vehicle to get home. He then proceeds to argue with me and say, my car insurance never reserved a car for me and they didn’t know I was coming. I told him that was not true because I had confirmation of the reservation. He proceeds to tell me they don’t have a car for me. I started crying feeling helpless, I asked if they could give me a ride to the McKinney location. He had a driver take me to the McKinney location . Alec and Tony at the McKinney location helped me get a rental car. I will never do business at the Plano location again.
