- MHMary HarotianFeb 24, 20261.0Very disappointing annd horrible experience. We spent almost two hours there, only to be told at the end that they required a physical bank card in the driver’s name. This was never clearly communicated upfront. My elderly father-in-law doesn’t use a physical bank card, even though the insurance had already paid and everything was approved. We offered to provide different payment methods, but they refused and would not rent out the car. This was only over 50$. We were even told to go to a bank open up an account, transfer the money and then come back to pay. That is absolutely ridiculous. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We left extremely frustrated. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Was charged 2 times the cost of my rental for a deposit (yes I have a credit card a very good one). They try and lock the door as I was walking to the door to hand the key back. They didn't even greet me when I pulled up to drop the car back. Rude very rude and will not be back at all.
