    Unbelievable. I just don't understand how an international car rental chain can work this way. Their current service standards are specifically designed to make customers life miserable. Their online reservation systems are crap. Online it's letting people make reservations across different locations however when you go to pickup the car, they tell you that they don't have a car to give you. This is ridiculous..after I was being told that they don't have a car for me for my confirmed reservation, I called them up on a different location to make a reservation again I confirmed multiple times that they do have a car for me and the person on the call confirmed that I will be able to get it. I took Uber then to get to that location to find out that they don't have a car either. Whoever booked it was in the Philippines as the contact center is there. In short, what I'm not able to understand is that they are a multinational chain, their systems and procedures are disconnected and are making their customers life miserable. They even we're not are to pull up my information from the previous record. Seriously! They need to fix things. To get a rental car, I have now spent more than a $100+ in Uber to get to different locations with no luck. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Staff were really polite and apologetic for the problems that is out of their control. The reply from the owner says that I should leave my contact information at the link. However there is no option to leave contact details..I either need to call them or chat, and supposedly the bot is offline too. If you are really concerned about the level of services, why don't you pull up the information of the reservation yourself. Put in some efforts please.

    If you require to be dropped off to the location you’re vehicle is kept.. don’t rent from this location if you need to be dropped off on a weekend as they don’t support that option on weekends.. Essentially, you’re on your own for transport.. if I had known of this hiccup, would have never rented from them.. The repair shop was only 8 minutes away! Also, they don’t provide you with a comparable car to your vehicle.. Other Enterprise locations have when I rented from them with the exception of this one

    The entire enterprise staff is EXCELLENT!! I’ve had numerous encounters this week with most of the team. I returned the rental Wednesday and then had to come back less than 24 hours later due to Hyundai damaging my car while at the service department. It’s been stressful. Enterprise has been so supportive, positive, and accommodating. I can’t emphasize how great the staff is at the Plano location. The reservation and process is quick and easy. I highly recommend Enterprise!!

    I’ve been coming to this location for years but today’s interaction will make it a last for me. I came into pick up a Luxury vehicle as I typically book when I come to this location if they’re available. I made my reservation earlier in the week. The last time I came the I was put in an A5 which was very uncomfortable so coming in I made sure to advise I did not want that again. A woman came in after me she made her reservation earlier this morning requesting a Range Rover. Granted I had already been checked in and waiting for a luxury vehicle the woman who came after me and booked same day was offer a 5 series BMW; she was offered to come and swap it later since she’d just booked this morning they’d have to get the Range Rover from somewhere else. I was then offered an A3 which is a class down from what I reserved, then a jeep wrangler… I didn’t want a premium special vehicle, nor an suv… I expressed that I wasn’t sure why I wasn’t offered the 5 series as it would’ve made the most sense but of course no apology nothing said so I just canceled and decided to leave. It may be nothing or minuscule to some but I kept coming to this location over the years despite living miles away because of the service I received, being treated as if my business was actually appreciated, and when they did make mistakes in the past they made sure to right those wrongs. But today I didn’t get that top tier service I’ve previously experienced. As a customer you never want to feel overlooked or skipped over at that.

    We rented a car to drive from Plano to Galveston one way. We were given a vehicle that was very low end, which was fine, but was so poorly constructed/possibly already damaged that just driving directly from Plano to Galveston caused gapping in the bumper. We did not stop other than to put in gas, there was no collision and we were not even aware of the damage until we went to return the car. Now we are receiving a claim for almost 1500 dollars and are unsure of how much of that we are responsible for and may experience an increase in insurance premium, all because this facility does not rent vehicles of high enough quality to withstand a standard drive from point A to point B. I would be wary of renting here, particularly lower end cars. I have a feeling that the bumper that appeared fine in the “before” photo was hanging on by a thread, as you could push the bumper in and it appeared perfectly normal temporarily.
