For starters, I would like to point out that my rental profile states that I prefer a luxury vehicle such as an Audi, BMW, Mercedes or Lexus.
I arrived on Monday, August 11, 2025 to pick up my rental at 7:45 a.m., which was 15 minutes after they open to see an employee and three customers waiting outside for the manager to arrive with the keys, as he was running late for work. This completely threw off my work day, as my day starts at 6 am and I left work to pick up the rental with hopes of returning to work within 30 minutes. I knew immediately that wasn't going to happen.
If waiting for the late employee wasn't enough, I then had to wait for the young lady to take the subaru to the back for cleaning, as it was just returned. While I was waiting, the gentleman that was running late informed me there was another option so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer. At that point I didn't care that it was a jeep and that it was on empty, as I needed to return to work as soon as possible.
I immediately put gas in the empty vehicle, and when I made it to the highway, numerous warning lights came on regarding the ABS features, crash control features were disabled, an image of the vehicle crashing kept appearing on the screen, the tires were low on air and all the fluid levels were low. I had to stop again to put air in the tires and numerous servicing lights kept popping up, but I only needed the rental for a few days so I didn't make a big fuss of these things.
When I was informed that I would be in the rental longer than expected, I called to exchange the vehicle and explained all the issues I was having, but the person I spoke with seemed bothered that I was calling and informed me that I couldn't exchange the vehicle unless I could make it to Plano before 5. It was 4:30 and I was coming from Garland so that wasn't going to happen. I asked if I could exchange the vehicle on Saturday, but was informed that they were closed on Saturday, therefore, I stayed in the rental and dealt with the numerous annoying service issues constantly appearing on the screen until I returned the rental on August 22nd.
I will NEVER rent from this location again.
I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and unfair.
I was originally offered a deal by one manager (Ahmad) who later transferred locations and couldn’t honor what he promised. Then another manager (Dan) made commitments he also didn’t honor. Now for the third time, I’ve had prices changed and services revoked — most recently after being told by Marissa one thing, only to have it taken back the very next day.
I’ve lost my job and have been working DoorDash daily just to make the payments on this vehicle. I’ve even sold personal belongings and fallen behind on my mortgage trying to keep up. Instead of support, I’ve only received broken promises and added stress.
Even State Farm called me directly to warn me they were concerned the company might be trying to overcharge me — when your own business partners are skeptical of how you treat customers, that says everything.
This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing business experiences I’ve ever had. Customers deserve honesty and consistency — not shifting deals and false promises.
Excellent customer service
I was referred to your location by Progressive Insurance, and I appreciated how conveniently located you are near the Tesla service center. The pickup and drop-off service was efficient — I was picked up directly from Tesla, which was a great start.
Upon arrival, the customer service was courteous. The staff were friendly, and there was only one customer ahead of me, so the process wasn’t crowded.
However, the rental vehicle itself was disappointing. I expected a clean car, especially with the “Complete Clean Pledge” your company advertises. Unfortunately, the car was not clean upon delivery — there was a visible spill, possibly coffee or soda, in one of the backseat compartments. When I asked the staff to please clean it with wipes he acted quickly and went to their office and came back and wiped off the spill and I mentioned that the car is not clean and he responded defensively, saying the car had been sitting outside for a while. That didn’t explain the interior mess, and I found the response unprofessional.
Worse, shortly after driving off, an alert began flashing on the dashboard saying, “Maintenance Required.” It appeared every minute, and eventually remained on the screen permanently — blocking my view of critical information like my speed. I reported the issue to a staff member named Mr. Aman. His response was that “they just forgot to push the button.” I found this to be an unacceptable explanation. Whoever handled the vehicle prior to release should have ensured it was fully ready for rental — including cleaning and resetting any maintenance alerts.
This experience makes me question the safety checks and standards being followed before renting out vehicles. It’s clear this car was not properly prepared.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better quality control moving forward.
