- ASA2Z TAX PREP & SOFTWAREDec 17, 20251.0Purchased a car from the Plano dealership 11.11.25 the car started messing up the first week I got it The key fab was dead , they didn’t put a license plate on the front of my car this is illegal in Texas , the tire pressure light won’t go off even after u put air in it. The check engine light came on the first week and off and on until my car quit in the middle of the road with ongoing traffic I was 2hrs from home , I called the roadside assistance but they told me they don’t me in the system so I had to use my TRIPLE A . They called me to today to let me know the repair is not covered under warranty and I owe $900 for repairs I haven’t even paid my first car payment yet . I do not recommend this company. They will not help u after you just bought a $40k car from them. Waiting for a manager to call but no one has called me back so disappointed
