  I highly recommend Enterprise car sales especially Motaz. He made the experience of trading our 12 year old minivan exceptional. He is professional,prompt, and has a wonderful personality. He is not pushy and very patient. He did not hesitate to help us answer questions after we purchased our new car. This is our 3rd car from Enterprise and we have never been disappointed.

  Enterprise is the place to shop for used cars. Large selection, no haggle prices and great employees ready to help you. This is our 2nd car from Enterprise and we sent our Granddaughter there for her car last Fall. Ask for Marquette.

  I appreciate De Marcus one of Enterprise sales reps for letting me know that Enterprise sales certified cars, and that I would be in and out quickly without hassle because they didn’t work on commission. I have to say that the experience was very good. I got the car that I needed within my price range and DeMarcus was very accommodating and courtesy. I had very good experience.

  Highly recommend this place!! Demarcus and Cynthia were such a big help and made the process seamless. Had a very unpleasant experience with Clay Cooley of Dallas and ended returning that vehicle and came to enterprise and right from the start I felt as though I would be taken care of and they didn’t just see dollar signs when I walked though the door- Demarcus ended up putting me in my dream car at an affordable price. The experience was elite compared to traditional dealerships. Thank you guys!

  Stay Away! This car sales Enterprise is the worst! I purchased a 2025 Cevy Equinox on 01/15/2026 and it had to be towed from my apartment on 1/17//2026. Didn't even drive the vehicle two full days cause I picked it up Thursday on my lunch break. I went to get in my Suv on Saturday 01/17/2025 and the vehicle would not say anything, I mean doors wouldn't even unlock. I called Enterprise Sales Plano and one of the sales manager James Conley insisted it was the Key Fob. He sent one of his drivers over to bring a battery and we figured out that wasn't the issue. We begin trying to get into the vehicle with the key and what do you know the Sales person Faranza sold me the SUV without the key being cut to the vehicle (first issue). They tow the vehicle to Huffines Chevrolate in Plano, TX to get a full diagnostic but as of Tuesday 01/20/2025 Per the service Manager Keith at the Dealership still had the truck over there with not a way to get inside because Enterprise still hadn't given them the Documents they need so GM could give them a code to cut the key. They put me in a rental on Sunday morning and on Tuesday when I no longer wanted to keep the Raw deal I got James says his Regional states that they no longer wanted to pay for the rental. Very unprofessional because I came there purchased a vehicle which was sold to me as a good reliable vehicle and not even 48 hours it's being towed and ya'll want to treat me as if I'm the Scammer! Let me add that when all this came up I reached out to the sales person Faranza and she never returned my call and she put me on Do not disturb. They were sitting there holding on to the Cashier check from my credit union and would not even call my Loan Officer to say hey we are anuulling the deal so I could buy something else being that I had a active loan on a vehicle I no longer had. The only way to get it taken care of was I had my loan officer on the phone and I called James on his personal cell and three way the call. Now let me touch on Cathy the other sales manager that can't even buy a clue. She called me on the night my vehicle was towed talking about Heyyy Ms.Coley how you enjoying your vehicle the 2025 Equinox? My response was Mam that vehicle got towed today. She talking bout Oh noooo I'm on this and I will have answers for you on Monday 01/19/2026. Monday done came and went. I literally drove over there Monday evening when I got off at 5:00 and she finally come out of the office after sitting in there Scared to come out after 10 minutes. She didn't even know or remember who I was after I told her nor did she remember what type of vehicle I had! They are going to get Enterprise a very large lawsuit if someone don't get in there and turn things around cause I was on the phone with my lawyer on Monday trying to see what my next move need to be and his words were give them 48 hours, but within that 48 hours they refunded my down payment. WORST car buying situation ever! They put on like they so professional, but when you sell a car without knowing the key has not been cut let's me further know what i need to know. At the end of this story I went to Classic Cars Chevrolet in Grapevine Texas and drove off in a 2026 Chevy Equinox with 7 miles so what they did for evil worked out for my good! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION for your used car needs! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!
