Don’t go there if you want to buy a car and a good deal because the prices are too high and with a lot mileage. in my experience they gave me a car not working well and the manager spoke to me next day and I explain to her that the car has some issues and she said someone will reach out to me to make an appointment and nobody called me after 2 weeks is so sad when the manager is so nice when you go to buy a car but when problems happen even want to talk to you anymore and sent someone else. Today I came to the dealer to try to talk to them to check my car and they sent me to a shop because they don’t have repair shop here and that is too bad. Finally they are selling car without checking them working properly

Horrible buying experience. The lack of communication, information and transparency made me question how this business is ran.. specifically from my “salesperson” Jesus.
I got fully approved for an auto that then just so happened to NOT be available, never once would Jesus return my calls, I had to chase these people down wondering if they even wanted my money/business.
I recommend looking elsewhere for an auto, save your time and headaches…. I went with another dealership, got approved over the phone and picked up my vehicle SAME day - as it should be!

The car buying experience was great. I have gotten 2 cars from there and its do much better than going to a regular car lot. They don't try to keep you all day. They definitely aren't trying to force you into buying a car. I was free to roam the lot before being swarmed upon. My agent Marquette was very knowledgeable and patient because I definitely asked a lot of questions. I would definitely recommend everyone go to Enterprise for their next car.

I have had the worst experience ever dealing with this company. I’ve had my car for less than a year and I’ve already had to take it to the shop to be repaired 3x including the engine light that keeps coming on.
Also when I bought the car I paid a transfer fee to have it brought here based on what they showed online. What I didn’t know was in person the car had several cracks in the windshield. I would not have paid to have it transferred if I knew that I wouldn’t have paid the extra $500. The car salesman told me the money was not refundable but assured me I could bring it in to have it fixed. I have this in text messages but when I brought it in I was told that’s not going to happen. I even escalated it to a manager showing I have in writing that this was promised to me. The manager promised to escalate higher up and get back with me a couple months ago and I still haven’t heard back. I went in person & called. They don’t care about their customers they just want to make a sale. I had a way better experience with Carvana. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I received a call from Xavier after putting in an inquiry on Enterprise. My cousin told me why don't I try Enterprise. After trying over 200 places and car salesman blowing my phone up sending texts and emails. I am like why not check out Enterprise. I talked to Xavier he wasn't pushy or desperate like the majority of the others. I did let him know that I wouldn't have a way there and he offered to come pick me up after we talked. I told him the time I would be available and he came right on. We had very good professional conversations and it was almost like I had been knowing him. I looked at a very few SUV's although I saw tons of vehicles on the other side of the lot that Xavier said was all rentals it's hard to determine the rentals from the ones for sale. I looked at a Kia Sportage, Ford Broncos, Hyundai Tucson and a Blue Taos but I really loved the black one so that's the one I test drove. Xavier already knew that's the one that I really liked. I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of a Taos so I was reading up on a Taos and joined a VW Taos group online. I didn't get the Taos on the first day Xavier picked me up. I decided to sleep on it. He didn't hassle me at all and that was one thing that I appreciated about him. I am the one that texted him the next day and told him that I was going to go ahead and fill out the application. I filled out the application and was so happy that I was approved but than asked myself. What vehicle am I approved for ? I called Xavier to let him know that I had completed the application. He told me that he would talk to the manager and call me back and he did follow up with me to let me know that he was still waiting on his manager he was with customers. I was extremely busy that day but I did let Xaviar know when he called me back and offered to pick me up that I wouldn't be available until later on that evening. He came and got me and did all the paperwork. My only things that I did address with Cynthia the finance manager is that payments, gap insurance, and the break downs of the loan should have been with the finance manager James someone whose expertise is in that area. I agreed to the Gap insurance but didn't know about how much the Gap insurance would be for the year. I just happen to see an additional $950 on my loan agreement. I would have liked James to really go in detail over all that. Xavier did ask me if I wanted to talk to James but I went on and said that I would let him do it. I did end up talking to James after it was all finalized. The day I got the Taos I would like for my engine to be checked along with my tires and have someone really go over everything but I do realize that it's impossible to know everything about a vehicle if you don't hardly drive it. I do appreciate Cynthia taking the time to check the air in the tires and the engine on yesterday when I came up to Enterprise. I have been looking at my manual and YouTube and Google is my best friend. I didn't even know that my key fob could start up my Taos until I looked on YouTube. I have my Bluetooth hooked up. I know how to operate my Panoramic sunroof along with the cover. I have all my radio stations set. I know about the different driving modes. I know how to heat up the seats and the steering wheel. I know how to open up the trunk. I know about the cruise control. I am learning slowly but surely. My family and friends love it. Thank you Enterprise family for helping make this big purchase that I was skeptical about because I didn't want a car note but I was able to get a Preety good monthly payment with the 2k down.
