My final invoice was $200 less than what we initially thought. They found a good deal on the new rotors, and told me that the brake fluid was clean enough to skip replacement. Many mechanics would take advantage, but these guys were transparent throughout the process. Brakes are working great now. Noise is gone.

I came in today to get my battery looked at and turns out it was a quick tightening of the terminals. Took less than 5 mins and Jeff was so nice about fixing that for me. I felt a little silly it was so simple but Jeff understood, batteries can be intimidating for the not mechanically inclined :) ha! Thanks Jeff!
