  The manager Jeff Houston as always is very professional and knowlegeable about the car. The place is always immaculate and his staff are always on point! Been coming here for all my vehicle service for well over 5 years now.

  Nathaniel, Jeff and the entire staff were amazing! They explained in detail what I needed to get done with my car and showed me. I have never went to a shop where detail explanations were shared. They truly gave me a peace of mind in knowing that am not just dollar signs but a customer. Thank you so much for everything and I defiantly will be calling this home for my car. God bless!

  Will not trust for any major repair or replacement ever again. In September 2024 I brought my Buick Enclave to this Brakes Plus location to completely replace the HVAC system, mostly because it was close enough to walk back to my house while repairs were done, this was a horrible mistake. Upon completion I immediately noticed a whirring sound that only occurred when the new compressor was activated, I brought it back within a day or two for inspection. To their credit, they went as far as doing a ride along with me but the technician would not acknowledge that the sound was as a result of the a/c system but said it could be the transmission. They tested the system and there were no leaks. They wouldn't replace the compressor or anything else unless there was a leak. It came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. The sounds continued and I always noticed it, but the a/c blew cold and I just figured whatever part they used to replace my old system made this noise as it operated. Fast forward approximately 16 months to January 2026 and the system completely drained itself of refrigerant in the parking lot of my kids daycare. Wouldn't you know it we are out of warranty. I would hope for $1967.28 I could get more than one Texas summer out of a Brakes Plus repair job but I guess that's too much to ask. I cannot state more clearly my complete disappointment in the quality of this repair and recommend you look elsewhere for this kind of auto maintenance. I blame myself, for when I dropped my car off in September 2024 they also had to replace engine motor mounts that they also had installed which had failed. Whatever parts they are using must be of inferior quality to any other repair shop I've used in the past.

  I always have a good experience here. They are attentive, do great work, and never make me feel uncomfortable for asking questions. I appreciate their honesty and that they take the time to explain what’s needed. It’s great to find a place like this.
