Marcus was a gem going that extra mile with his Customer Service to make sure I got the best price and didn’t need unnecessary repairs. I took my SUV to another place and got a quote that was double what I paid at Brakes Plus. And they even stayed :45 minutes late on a Saturday night to replace my brakes to make sure I was good to go. Thank you to Marcus, the wonderful tech who did the great work, and the Manager Stephen for a job well done!
