He went above and beyond explaining the needs of my car vs the recommend needs. He never once made me feel like he was selling me any of their services. His staff made me feel confident about the care and services they provided me with. I had an issue with my car tire being low on arrival and Stephen assured me he’d take a look and if there was any issues he’d make sure it was taken care of. This location and their staff should get more than a 5 star review. I definitely found my new mechanics! Thank you so much for all that you do!
- SKShaham KidwaiDec 29, 20253.0I got the brake pads done from this shop which they did a great job, then they asked to replace the serpentine belt, which i got it done as well however when I started driving i noticed a noise and then i found out that the belt tensioner is causing the noise, I dont know if this was their fault or not but this problem was not present when the old belt was on. As of now I can fully trust them on brakes but will not trust them on any other issues.

Instead, I was given a quote of $840. I mentioned that the dealership had a promotion to replace both for $680. They agreed to match the price, stating they would use OEM-equivalent API rotors and parts. However, when I picked up the car, I found they had installed a much cheaper quality rotor just to meet the price. When I questioned this, I was told that I wanted to keep the cost low. Had I known they would downgrade the parts, I would have gone to the dealership and paid the same price for higher-quality components. I trusted them because they previously replaced my front brakes and rotors, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
