  I recently purchased a Camaro from carmax while I fell in love with the car I wanted to get a second opinion on its condition while I was still in the trial period. Jake took his time to hear my concerns and do a thorough inspection he even went the extra mile to bring in another mechanic to do a test drive. It turned out the vehicle needed some minor repairs and he was able to catch it in the early stages. Vanessa gave me some much needed insight based off of her previous experience with carmax warranties. I really appreciate how the team worked together to explain my options and made sure I left the shop feeling more confident. I have found my auto repair family 🫶🏻

  Jake was amazing and the staff is great as well. A real genuine guy that won’t give you stuff you don’t need to hear, 100% honest man and I can’t say that enough. The service was the best I had in a minute. Will definitely come back if I need anything else.

  I prefer going to Brakes Plus because they are thorough and efficient in everything they do, especially this location. Vanessa the service advisor explained everything so well and gave full transparency on what was being worked on with my car. They were able to diagnose and fully repair my vehicle in the same day thanks to the mechanic Mike! I would definitely recommend them to others. I appreciate their service and workability.

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus at the Coit & Spring Creek location. I brought my car in for an AC repair, and as always, the team was fast, friendly, and very professional. Vanessa at the front desk was especially helpful and welcoming. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and her great attitude really stood out. Mike did an excellent job fixing my AC. He worked quickly, and now it’s blowing ice-cold air again! I truly appreciate the quality service and would definitely recommend this location.

  Well seems ok for the most part my issue is part availability or the ability for the Store to get find or receive parts... I have an older car I've managed shops like this before so I'm pretty good in the inside workings of a shop. Yes the mark up is there ...the work seemed to be pretty good the techs seeem.to be good. But the ineffectiveness of accomplishing the work seems to be a struggle..the ability to find or get parts can be a challenge. I have to find parts myself and bring them in. The labor rate can be a little high based on the ineffective repairs.. I dont mind paying if the end result is completed but paying labor because I have to go home and find parts and bring them.back is frustrating at best. Oil changes ...4 stars ...still the mechanics ...I dont see a reason to go out of the way or specifically look them.up. or at least at this location.
