    AutoZone Store # 03992 Store Manager Steve Vanderbilt and Sales Associate / Tech Andrew. Went above and beyond my expectations and previous experience with any other AutoZone store / employees. What could have been a disastrous day was salvaged and saved by those two AutoZone employees. My family and I were in town for NTFCA Tournament for my daughter, nearly an hour and half away from home and any help. I went in thinking, I was needing to replace either two batteries in my 2015 2500HD Chevy Duramax Diesel or possibly an alternator. The Store Manager Steve Vanderbilt determined it was the alternator that was the issue. Sales Associate / Tech Andrew was quick to find all the parts and confident in helping me change out my alternator in the AutoZone parking lot. Even after the alternator was installed completely and correctly, I had an issue. My truck wouldn't start. No worries, because again those two (Store Manager Steve Vanderbilt and Sales Associate / Tech Andrew) were there with knowledge and eager to help and determined the issue. Again, I was thinking probably needing to replace both batteries, but I was told that the problem was a blown fuse due to corrosion caused by the Blue Def. In a matter of minutes they had a solution and my truck was running. Before leaving, they even tested my batteries again and determined that they were in good shape, fully functioning and safe. If I had not stopped in at the store, I do believe my family and I would have been stranded somewhere away from home late that evening. Store Manager Steve Vanderbilt and Sales Associate / Tech Andrew, didn't just help me with determining my trucks issues, replacing my alternator and making sure it was running properly. They also saved me money! Both being confident and determined that the alternator could be change fairly quick in the parking lot, meant... I didn't have to spend money at a dealership, or on a mechanic. Also, by doing right then I didn't have to pay for a wrecker or traveling mechanic to come to me when I did end up stranded. I would highly recommend doing business at this AutoZone store. AutoZone Corp. this store should be what all other AutoZone stores strive to be like. I'm confident Sales Associate / Tech Andrew and his other Sales Associate / Tech Team Members are just as good at their job because of the Store Manager Steve Vanderbilt and the way he operates his store. I hope I'm not visiting any AutoZone store any time soon for an alternator or any other truck part, but if I have to, I will go out of my way to give this store my business and you should as well. - JB

    Jonathan gave the best customer service I’ve experienced at AutoZone. I came in with a dead battery, and he not only helped me pick the right replacement but installed it quickly right in the parking lot. He definitely deserves a raise for going above and beyond!!!

    Connor was Amazing! He helped me remove and replace a Kia lightbulb on the front passenger side that I would have never figured out! Thank you so much Connor! Also Natasha was Super kind and really appreciated her looking out for me..as well as Connor!

    I want to give a huge shout-out to Jonathan at this AutoZone location. He gave the best customer service I’ve had at any auto parts store. I came in last week because my car battery kept dying, and I honestly thought I needed to buy a new one. Jonathan didn’t just ring me up and send me on my way—he came outside, tested the battery, tested the alternator, and explained everything in simple terms. It turns out that the battery terminals were corroded, and that was the real issue. He cleaned the terminals for me, tightened everything back into place, and made sure my car started up perfectly before I left. He saved me from spending money I didn’t need to spend, and he did it all with patience and respect. Jonathan deserves a raise. You don’t get service like that everywhere.

    Tasha was extremely helpful when I called in to see if they had the battery I needed. She knew exactly what was needed even educated me on a few things about my battery and warranties. Connor also when I arrived was eager to help. He placed the battery in my car took less than 5 mins. Great customer service from beginning to end and that’s hard to find anywhere these days.
