He took the time to assist us due to truck trouble, in which he drove us to our parked truck on Preston road. We needed to secure the truck asap from Preston Road before rush hour, (between 121hwy & Spring creek). Upon arrival the truck had been towed, and Henry drove us to Plano City car pound to retrieve the truck. He was there for us every step of the way. The sequence of events occurred within two hours, because we were on the move. When the truck was released from impoundment, Henry checked the battery and noticed the battery cable was loose. He tightened it, the truck started and we were on our way home. The next day, per his recommendation we purchased a new battery. Henry Garces, we appreciate you! Thank you, Distress customers
- JMJosh MullinsOct 26, 20251.0The worst possible automotive part experience I've ever seen in my life Smh The front counter could not assist a guest who was a Spanish only customer and so I assisted him by whipping out the translator app which is available to anybody who has a cellular device to help him with his purchase I was short 36 cents and had to find my debit card because I was paying with cash and the gentleman ringing me up decided he would go ahead and assist another guest instead of me I said hey I'm ready so I walked out in an angry frenzy and was determined to make sure other potential customers could read this and bypass wasting their time as this is not 30 minutes I'm going to be getting back God bless and as always keep it real 100
