The workers I encountered were men and sometimes men look down or try to make us feel inadequate but they were so helpful, kind and disarming with a couple of jokes too. Edward was especially helpful in making sure I had my headlight changed and moved efficiently and politely, even when they were in a rush. I appreciate you guys!!!
