    Do not buy a used vehicle from this Dealership. I bought a truck from them and there were so many things that were undisclosed to me about the vehicle. Including tint residue all over the windshield which it looks to me like they had a someone try to get the residue off and damaged the entire dash. The vehicle came with only one key fob, and no floor mats. The vehicle I purchased is a 2024 model and should have came with two key fobs and floor mats. This was not a cheap vehicle. There is also damage all over the paint that was not shown in the video the representative sent me. On top of all that instead of making me a better deal on the truck they threw in a bunch of warranty crap that I will never use because I am 5.5 hours away.

    From the second we stepped on the lot, we were met with a very open, kind, intentional sales person. Not pushy, she wanted to send us to the area and allow us to start where WE wanted to. Shanieisha Hickson is the person to ask for when you are just thinking about getting a car or SUV. Her caring, guidance, knowledge and true honesty are the elements we gravitated to and stayed locked in through the whole process. Shaneisha worked with her colleague Renee Cortina in the Pre-Owned department for the very best deal on a trade in. Renee is a very good man, honest and to the point, running a very tight ship, so refreshing. The old reputation of going to a car dealership spending hours and hours of hassling and being treated terrible, not getting what you exactly want… that doesn’t happen at Clay Cooley KIA of Plano. Go get Shaneisha and Renee to make your dreams come true!! We did and couldn’t be happier!

    Jacob is awesome...he remembers conversations we had in the past Treats me like family and continued to update me on the progress of my car being serviced. He offered to arrange a car to take me home until my car was done. When I told him I was planning on waiting there, he made sure I was comfortable and showed me where the complimentary snacks and drinks were. What a great guy. When you get treated like Jacob treats me, waiting for my car to get sèrviced is no big deal Thank you, Jacob

    Service Advisors Derek and Jake are the best! This is my second visit and they have proven themselves trustworthy and honest! They won’t try to upsell you or pull one over which is huge for me! On my most recent visit, I had an A/C problem. They both knew immediately what the issue was and fixed it without charge. Next time I’ll come here for my oil and filter changes.

    Today Wednesday 03/25/2025 drop my car for a warranty claim because a/c was not cooling, service advisor explain to me we need to paid 260…. If there was a physical damaged involve in the issue , but after pick up the car he inform no damaged was found and only need a refuel of the ac system but I need it to still paid the amount , I explain tha I didn’t have to paid because there was no damaged and that the car was bought lest than a year ago and warranty said refill of ac system is free of charge before the 1 year here I attach the proof
