Vanessa was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgable about what needed to be fixed. They machined the rotors instead of replacing them which saved me a lot of money. They even checked my CarFax and recommended some services that were due based on the maintenance schedule for my car. That will probably save me a lot of money in repair costs in the future. Jacob Hillman is running a top notch operation there. Thank you all. My brakes are operating perfectly now.

I'm a single mom I have a son with special needs and recent heart surgery.. because of that my only ability for income is driving for Uber.. last night my brakes were grinding really bad and I knew I had to get them fixed... These people went above and beyond especially the supervisor Jeff... Not only was he professional he also showed such kindness and compassion which is so very rare these days... He went above and beyond to help me and now my car has brakes rotors and I can get back on the road in about an hour with Uber.. Truly blessings to this shop and Big Time gratitude and blessings to Jeff thank you so much! ❤️🫂🙏

He had me come in for a free diagnostics as vehicle was giving a ‘replace rear breaks’ message. They diagnosed a different issue that saved me money and time!! They did an oil change and reset computer malfunction while there, two other employees were just as nice as Jeff, will be coming back for service in the future for sure and will recommend as honest and hardworking team.
