- PPPrivateMar 31, 20261.0Horrible experience. I had a pre-booked appointment for an oil change and was told it would take 1 hour, but it took 3 HOURS. I had to repeatedly ask for my car back. When I finally got it, the maintenance light was still on and tire pressure hadn’t been checked—despite being told everything was done. They fixed it only after I complained, wasting another 20 minutes. Clearly, they don’t respect appointments or customers’ time. Also overpriced compared to other places. NEVER GOING BACK.

Not only did they lose my rotor screw they tried to upsell me on an issue that wasn’t even happening tried to charge about a grand. Went home did it for FREE. Told me noise I was hearing was bearings and not brakes. Went home and brakes were literally dragging against rotor. These are lazy salesman not experienced techs. Also showed me a bolt not all the way on went back two hours later still wasn’t on, came and picked my truck up next day AND IT STILL WASNT ON. Work 7 days a week so I took my truck to this shop so I can pay someone to figure it out, guess that’s not the case. I would love to have used profanity in this review that’s how bad my experience and service I received was.
