  Be mindful coming to this auto zone. I’d say the man with the nasty attitude has intelligence shorter than his physical height, but his last day is Thursday. He most likely found a job more suitable under a bridge, as his height meets the requirement. He was so rude and disrespectful while we were trying to seek help for a pretty stressful situation. However, I’d like to focus on Richard, the manager. Hard to miss, all of his hair ran into his nose. When I let him know how rude the short boy was while also being WRONG, he tried to explain why he may actually be right. The problem with that is, however, that we’d already solved that problem. The issue was the lack of manners we were shown. If shorty didn’t know anything about cars, he could’ve let me know without being rude. But, the problem was the tone. RICHARD WAS WORSE!!!!!! He was so condescending, arrogant and dismissive. What’s funnier is lil homie wanted my friend to “check my attitude” after coming back in to address the attitude he had. He said it after I walked out, though. But, I’d be scared too at that small of a size. Easy target. But, just letting you know, O’Reilly or Harbor Freight can assist and be kind as well as professional. This particular auto zone has men who don’t know anything about cars or customer service, apparently.

  This location is worth driving across town for because the customer service is *that* good. Kelvin in particular is tremendously helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming, made great suggestions, and truly went above and beyond. I can't remember the last time I received that level of excellence as a customer and it makes all the difference when dealing with car problems! Thank you for yet another great experience and please give Kelvin a raise and a promotion lol 🙌🙌🙌

  Be very careful here and make sure you are being charged for the right prices. Their system charges you way more than the marked prices in store. When I drew their attention, they would update their prices later.
