  Jonathan at AutoZone was a big help. I came in not really sure what I needed, and he took the time to figure it out with me. He explained things in a way that actually made sense and kept it simple. He did end up suggesting a better option than what I originally came in for, and I’m glad he did—it turned out to be the right call. He wasn’t pushy, just knew what he was talking about. He was easy to talk to, patient, and knew his stuff. You can tell he’s been doing this for a while. Overall, just a smooth, no-hassle experience. I’d definitely go back and ask for him again.

  I had my battery changed at AutoZone and had the most amazing employee. His name is Danny. He’s very friendly and very professional. I will come here again.

  I didn’t get bro’s name who helped me last night but I showed up with a check engine light and asked for help. Got the help, got the goods, then this morning the engine light is gone!!! He and the manager were helpful and cool. Hope they both get raises👏🏼

  I purchased a battery from them, but they entered the wrong vehicle information during the transaction. When the battery died (still within the warranty period), they refused to replace it. I’m really disappointed with their customer service and won’t be returning.
