So when I walked in, I did not know what to expect, but Esmeralda was so so helpful! She found the source of my problem and helped me find the exact parts I needed to replace. She gave me a printed paper with the issue and gave me advice on how I should proceed with next steps to fix it. She made me feel so comfortable and was so easy to talk to and answered all my silly questions with kindness. Hopefully my car will be good to go once I fix it, but I know who to go to if I run into any future issues! 10/10 customer service and attitude. Give Esmeralda a raise!!!
