- JRJ RApr 17, 20261.0Poor service and employees. Arrived before 5pm to drop off vehicle and the employee was already leaving!!! They told me to leave the keys at the drop box and they would close it out. Not surprising at all they didn’t. I had to call and remind them a couple of days later that they didn’t close the rental period. If I didn’t call only God knows how much I would have been charged!

Drove 45 minutes to pick up the vehicle and I was told there wasn’t any and I would get an upcharge for a bigger vehicle. Clearly they had compact vehicles outside. It was not my fault that they didn’t supposedly have a vehicle for me or that they didn’t call me to tell me otherwise. They should have gave me one of the other vehicles for no upcharge. This isn’t the first issue I have had with this location. This location should be closed due to poor management and lack of competent employees.
