  I had such a great experience getting my car tinted here. Valerie has been patient with me since March while I was deciding, and when I reached out this morning, she got me in right away. When I arrived, she recognized that I’m deaf and immediately grabbed paper and a pen to communicate with me. That meant a lot to me and made me feel comfortable and respected. She was kind, professional, and took her time to make sure everything was clear. My car came out amazing—I love how it looks 🔥 Thank you, Valerie, for your patience and excellent service.   I would highly recommend Tint World in Pharr. They tinted the windows for my Toyota Tacoma today and did an excellent job. They were fast, courteous, and knowledgeable about all my questions. Valerie and Luis both took care to cover everything I needed to know before I left about curing my tint and were both really helpful and friendly. I will be bringing them another of my cars soon to get the same quality job done.

  Had a great experience at Tint World. Started off with an on-line request for alarm prices, which quickly was responded to by Luis. He suggested I take in my truck so they could recommend the best options. Once in the shop my service advisor Valerie took the time to explain my options and explained the differences and pricing. She gave me her recommendations and once I decided, she set up the appointment for install and gave me an estimated time of completion. After install, the tech walked me through the step-and explained my new alarm system. They all did such an amazing job that I will definitely be taking in my wife's car to have an alarm installed as well. Highly recommended !

  I have yo be honest, excellent customer service by Valerie. She explained everything very well, offered complimentary water and coffee, wifi and helped me decide which tint was the best for my needs. Staff us very professional and I wad expecting to be there for two hours but the team finalized my windows tint within 1 hour and 15 minutes! Highly recommend this place and again, thank you Valerie for all your help and guidance.

  We had windows tinted on our F150. There are no issues with the tint. We also purchased a soft tonneau bed cover from Window Tint and they installed it on the truck. There were issues with the bed cover. When I took the truck back in with my complaints they told me I would have to notify the manufacturer (Rough Country). I contacted the manufacturer and they told me any warranty claims would have to go thru the dealer (Tint World) as they were the original purchaser of the cover. When I called Tint World back they told me there was not anything they could do as their policy did not allow for any returns nor refunds. I'm certain this is an installation issue, however, they maintain it is not. At first the customer rep wouldn't get out of his chair to let me show him what I believed the issue to be. He finally did come look but indicated he did not know anything about bed covers and that the technician who installed it said it was done correctly. Still trying to get this issue resolved. I also requested to talk to the manager but he/she has not been available to discuss my issues. UPDATE 3/16 - Took my truck back this morning. Explained to Jaime my concerns and he agreed the cover needed adjusted. They made the adjustments and it appears the issue has been resolved.
