- EEEliApr 2, 20261.0Had a reservation. They didn’t have a car ready and charge for the difference on a bigger vehicle when reservation had already been made. They take a long time in getting you the car as well. Awful service and do not honor their reservations.
- BNBetty NastasiMar 13, 20262.0Feeling disappointed. Picked up the car on Friday. Patricia the manager check us in quickly after a snafu with them picking us up from car dealership. Was brought a car and the guy went over it with us, we mentioned how filthy the interior was and he said they don't have the cleaning material needed for that, all the while trying to pressure us to buy their insurance. We dropped the car off at the dealership on Monday 3/9 shortly after 3pm. Notified Patricia by email and she responded, all was taken care of. On Wednesday 3/11, 2 full days later, shortly after 3 we got a call from the guy who went over the car with us, he said they just picked up the car and said we cracked the windshield. It was not cracked when we dropped it off and they did not send us any pictures or any other paperwork. I sent Patricia an email and have not had a response. This morning we saw they have kept the 300 deposit.

Came back the following day like they said and they stated they didn’t have any cars due spring break. Now we are left with out a car and all our plans changed due to some idiots. Please make sure they keep your reservation if the tell you to come back.
