Brought to the attention of Store Leader Noah before departure. Could not resolve the problem today but I had been here before as mentioned. The General comment of being sorry was the best he could say. Had been happy with the courtesy of employees until today.

They were soaking wet and had an unpleasant odor. This location should take note from their other sites, specifically the Ware Rd location, where the towels are clean, dry, neatly folded, and smell great. The difference in quality is very noticeable. I will not be coming back here.

I went in for a wash and came out with visible swirl marks and leftover dirt all over the vehicle. There is absolutely no excuse for a car wash to damage paint. If your equipment can’t clean a car without scratching it, you shouldn’t be washing cars at all. This place rushes vehicles through, cares more about volume than quality, and leaves customers dealing with the damage. If you care about your car, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location. Not worth the risk, not worth the money.
