  Went in for a Van but none so Jorge Flores convinced me try the F250 long bed Worked out fine and was surprised that it got 19.5 mpg on long hwy trip

  It was unfortunate this is the first time Enterprise has not had great customer service. I called stating I would be 10mins late to pick up a rental and knowingly the importance that I really needed the vehicle w lack of compassion the employee said we close at 12:00pm. First and last in renting a vehicle at that location. I would definitely not recommend this rental location..

  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Priscilla handled my rental and gave me a very competitive rate. I extended my rental without a call, and the rate offered for the additional time was great! Rented the truck for the lift ramp, which really saved the day. Clean truck. The a/c worked on unit, but would almost completely shut down over 60 mph. I advised Priscilla and without hesitation she offered a discount for the inconvenience. I also left some headphones and keys and they promptly called me to advise.
