  Pablo is excellent. He listens to your needs very nice & friendly. We reserved an SUV when we got there one was not available took a smaller compact car due to needing one. Two days later Pablo traded the compact car for an SUV for us. Truly appreciated his caring & helping us with this. Thanks Pablo at the Pharr TX facility!

  They need to increase their personnel and their vehicle fleet. In between the local dealerships business they apparently have, and the people renting because of accidents, they cannot keep up with the demand. After an hour and a half of waiting, they ended up giving me a small sedan, rather than the 1/2 ton truck I rented 4 days in advance. There is no point in reserving through their website in advance since they will not put cars aside and will end up giving them away for their walk-ins. Also, dont waste time calling. Employees can barely hold the in-store demand.

  Be prepared to wait two hours for pick up, even if you check in prior to coming. This place needs to invest in more employees, at times it’s only 1 person working with an over flowing lobby. You will also want to call before hand to ensure that they have a vehicle for you even if you reserved through their app, because they don’t always have a vehicle for you despite reserving a month in advance.

  Terrible experience renting through the Pharr Texas Enterprise location. I rent from enterprise often in different states and never experienced issues like I did at this location. If they do to you what they did to me, tell them they are violating company policy and call corporate. First I did everything online, including checking in and had a rental agreement like always. I brought my ID and presented it. They were supposed to hand me the keys and show me to my vehicle as per company policy. This has happened at every other location I rent from. When I arrived I informed the employee I had already checked in online. He immediately began making and printing out what I found out later was a new rental agreement against my wishes and company policy. The point was to pressure me into buying unnecessary insurance coverage. After I refused any additional insurance he became very rude, he made a big show going out and going over every tiny scratch. In some sort of intimidation attempt. I have never experienced this picking up a vehicle from enterprise. Saying if it's bigger than this, you're liable for it. All while still trying to get me to buy the unnecessary extra insurance. I have a complaint into corporate and was told by the customer support agent that the branch employee violated company policy by making a new rental agreement after I checked in and already had one without asking me. I will be renting with AVIS from now on.

  Horrible place. I went today and I waited inline forever! Apparently the one with the glasses and the younger taller one decided to just be lazy around while the old chunky gentleman was helping the customers outside! Its been more than once that I go and those two ( one with glasses and young one)just hide in the back while they're just on their phone scrolling through who knows what. I've even seen the young one sneak out side while there's a long line and disappear, last time it took him 20 minutes to bring me my vehicle. You'd figure the older chunky guy would be the one to slack off since he's looks way older but no it's the guy with the glasses and the young guy! Makes you wonder what other things they try to get away with.These 2 guys seem, to slack off when patty is not there! But around young attractive females the young one seems to click his heels and help the young female right away, disgusting and unprofessional behavior! Y'all should check y'all's cameras to see what other unprofessional things your employees are doing. I think I will contact corporate if these issues continue! Ridiculous!! Maybe they they all need to be retrained. Oh and don't get me started about calling cause the call just gets placed on hold immediately, I don't even get to speak!! I will be giving hurtz a try to see if they're better!!
