I dropped off my BMW on 10/23 for a transmission issue, and it’s now 11/16 — my car has not even been touched. Not diagnosed. Not inspected. Nothing.
I live an hour away and have an hour-long commute to school everyday, so not having a car has been extremely difficult. My bmw is my only vehicle, and they still couldn’t put me a loaner. I spent about two weeks without a car until they put me in a basic rental.
I only get information on my vehicle when I call, and even then, it’s vague. The communication is TERRIBLE, the organization is nonexistent, and the lack of urgency is honestly EMBARRASSING for a dealership that claims to have “expert” technicians. Letting a customer’s car sit for weeks without even looking at it is unacceptable.
The service department is unprofessional, unreliable, and will leave you stranded without a second thought. I do not feel valued as a customer whatsoever. Do better!!!! So disappointing!!!

I took my 2014 X1 for a recall notice. Got it back leaking oil. My driveway now looks like a Jackson Polick. They gave me my car back saying "it was leaking oil when i brought it in". Tell that to my driveway. Good at selling cars, bad when it come to basic automotive repairs.

I took my 2012 328I for a recall, employees were very professional, they did a great job, car is on perfect condition other than a leak but they didn't push to do the job, very well explained if I don't fix the leak but no pressure. But I do have to mention that is very different from California. Bmw dealers offered you a loaner, they have a room very nicely set up, computers, coffee, snacks, televisions and what else, in California they give you a top of the line loaner, so we as a customer already have an idea on the next bmw you want to buy, bmw pharr might be losing sales by not trying to upgrade . You still have 5 stars on my book.

Extremely unhappy with the service department, it was all smooth sailing to get me to purchase the vehicle and now I am very frustrated with the situation I am going threw at the moment, I waited three weeks for an appointment to address an issue with my vehicle, which I purchased less than a month (the ambient lighting going out) I brought it in for service as scheduled, yet it still hasn’t been checked after a week, or been turned on as I can see the last time my vehicle was turned on and the location of it. I’m extremely disappointed with the delay and my vehicle just being parked for a week without anyone looking at it especially since I just bought my vehicle and sucks that I made my first payment and my car is still in the shop. I have been getting updates from staff just telling me no update yet!
