  I had a great experience working with Joseph Fuerte. He was professional throughout the entire process, very patient, and truly took the time to understand my needs without any pressure. His customer service made everything smooth and stress-free making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I also want to thank Jesus Gomez for taking the time to show me around Clark-Knapp Honda of Pharr introducing me to service staff so if ever I run into any issues with my new vehicle in the future I know where to go. Overall, excellent service

  UTRGV students, do yourself a favor and ask for Benny at Clark Honda of Pharr. Benny is hands down one of the best managers I’ve worked with. His customer service is exceptional, and he truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He helped me secure a great deal that made the entire credit application process absolutely worth it. What stood out the most was how engaging, patient, and genuinely supportive he was from start to finish. He made sure I understood everything, never made me feel pressured, and created a very comfortable and trustworthy experience. If you want someone who is professional, honest, and actually advocates for you, Benny is the person to ask for. Highly, highly recommend!

  Buyer beware. This official honda dealership does NOT honor warranty. I have a 2024 brand new honda touring bought and paid for in Houston at gillman honda dealership. It has 22,000 miles on it and the battery needs replacement. It is under warranty. These guys first said they would replace it if confirmed under warranty. 20 minutes later they called to transfer us to the finance department to tell us they would NOT honor the warranty and would not even clarify anything about prices. They want the benefit of being an official honda dealership without doing what a representative of honda is supposed to do. SLEAZY. Buyer beware.

  I had the most amazing experience at Honda. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my family and I were taken care of. A huge thank you to Juan in finance and Steve, our salesman as they both went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed. They made the entire process feel smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I can appreciate a company that is truly there to take care of their customers.
