  Bought a BMW series 2 on Friday off of Alberto Preciado he was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what i was looking for. I love my car and the process was seamless no games. If you’re looking for a new BMW make sure you ask for Albert.

  Any time we need maintenance or have a question, we always go to Rafael Pérez, who is incredibly helpful. His customer service is outstanding and he always takes the time to answer everything with great patience. Even when he’s not available, he always calls us back something that means a lot to me and truly reflects his professionalism

  I had an outstanding experience with the service team at BMW. My car was in for repairs, and both Scott and Rene went above and beyond. They kept me informed at every stage, provided a rental car, and made sure it was all smooth and easy. The communication was fantastic, and they really took care of me. I highly recommend Scott, Rene, and the entire service department!

  Bert Ogden of Pharr has been extremely disappointing when it comes to both service and parts. The sales experience was great but everything after has not been. I bought a new BMW X3 from BO BMW in the summer of 2025. In February, my service appointment was fumbled and I was stuck waiting in the service department as a walk in, when the advisor informed me I had an appointment. That was a whole fiasco that ended up getting escalated to service management and we ended up getting a rental. A month later, we’re working on my F56 Mini and needed some parts. When we called and asked for parts, someone else answered that wasn’t part of the parts department due to them not being available. When mentioned it was for a Mini he tried dismissing the call saying it’s a BMW dealer and they don’t sell any Mini parts. Had to humble him and explain that BMW owns Mini and they share parts with new BMWs. The specific headlight part I needed is shared with the newest G29 Z4, so I’m flabbergasted as it why I’m being dismissed. Had someone not as knowledgeable called and gotten told that they’d just give up and order from a Mini dealer in SA or Houston and be inconvenienced by having parts shipped. Another thing this employee did is ask if I needed them to install the parts? Excuse me, but I asked for parts not service, if I needed you to install something I’d be asking for the service department, not PARTS! At the end, I asked if he could leave a message for parts, so I could get a call back, and he agreed to do so. This was at 10:20. Called back later closer to 11 after not receiving a call back, and the receptionist who answered offered to leave a message for parts too, she said the message could be added to the one from this morning, but when she looked up my info she informed me she could not find that message, so didn’t first rep not make one? Why is it so hard to get things done here? It’s fumble after fumble. I called Cardenas BMW parts while waiting for Bert Ogden to call back, I got through immediately, were extremely friendly, and ready to help. I’ll be picking up my parts at Cardenas. ✌️
