I highly recommend Valvoline Instant, Thank you gentlemen! I arrived just before 5pm the location was able to get me right in, no waiting. Alexander was very knowledgeable and professional, he explained the additional optional services my truck was due for and allowed me to make my own decision, no high pressure anything. The oil change was completed very efficiently and I was in my way. I will be returning.

- LRLucy RossJan 2, 20261.0I attempted to get an oil change early in the morning. Bay 1 and 2 had cars being serviced so I went over the sensor and parked behind Bay 3, which was empty. I waited and then another customer arrived. That car went behind bay 2. The car being serviced in bay 2 left so they directed the customer who came after me into bay 2. Still being ignored, I moved my car behind Bay 1 and waited. An employee finally communicated with me and asked me to go behind bay 2, the car that came in after mine. I decided at that point not to move my car again and left so I didn't get my oil change there. In my opinion; if an open bay will not be used, a cone should be placed there if the door isn't closed. A better attempt should be made to service the cars in order of their arrival.
