I have been going for a while now, but want to leave a review for the service I receive from Michel (hopefully correct spelling). She seems to be the one that helps me most of my visits, very friendly, doesn’t give the upsale vibes most other places give. I can tell she and others have technical knowledge of their craft when they interact with other team members (you can hear it all as you’re in your car the whole time). I really appreciate that they seem to have many different checks by multiple people before closing my hood.

After 50 minutes, we hadn’t moved I was still the third car in the lane while the other bay had 3 new cars come and go. There needs to be a better system for those that have been waiting longer than they should.

I went in looking to get my state inspection and a coolant flushed but was only able to get one of those things taken care of. The manager on duty said the machine they use for inspections wasn’t working but they could do the coolant flush. The last time I went to this Valvoline, I requested an oil change and tire rotation, and the same manager said their lift wasn’t functioning to rotate the tires. I took my wife’s car here last year for her inspection and was told the same thing. What are the odds of this situation happening on multiple occasions? I feel like this is an excuse since these jobs don’t bring in much revenue and slow the churn of getting cars in and out on a busy weekend day. After I got my radiator flushed, I went down the street to another business and got my inspection taken care of. I like the convenience of this location, but they either need to make sure all their equipment is functioning in time for busy weekends, or stop offering services that are not worth their time.
