  Charlie, Jet, Joey were absolutely amazing. They took care of our emissions test under 10 mins. This location in Stonehill is convenient and friendly 5/5. I recommend this location to everyone. If you don’t come here you are missing out on one of the best customer service experiences you will ever have. This team is outstanding. No exaggeration or hyperbole.

  I took my vehicle to the Valvoline location in Pflugerville for my annual emissions test. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by the team and directed to the appropriate service bay. Erik assisted me with the emissions testing and immediately began the process. Throughout the service, Erik clearly explained each step of the testing, and the process was completed quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate Erik’s professionalism and excellent customer service. Despite the cold, windy, and rainy weather conditions, he remained attentive and did not miss a beat. Thank you, Erik, for providing such prompt and outstanding service.

  I come to this Valvoline location about once a month for an oil change, and I usually work with Joey. He’s always very personable and clearly knowledgeable as a mechanic. He explains what needs to be done and gives helpful suggestions about upcoming maintenance without ever being pushy, which I really appreciate. The service is always quick, professional, and efficient. I appreciate the great work and how fast they get me in and out every time. Thanks, Joey!

  Jet was awesome and knowledgeable about vehicles. Charlie was also great! He used to work at Express oil, but now he's moved on the better things with Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be coming back for oil changes and state inspections.

  Brought my car in and had a great experience today! It was a surprise to run into Charlie, who we’ve had work on our cars for years . He told us he joined the team here and couldn’t be happier, which says a lot about the culture. The inspection was handled quickly and professionally. This is definitely my new go-to spot for car maintenance. If you’re heading to the Town Center, give these guys a try.
