- SMShawn MaddenNov 10, 20252.0Coffee machine shutdown for cleaning “scheduled in the middle of the day, because [employees] wouldn’t do it at night”. It sounds like upper management is not able to get things done, because employees ‘don’t wanna do it’. Their next option is to have it done during the time people drink coffee. I asked the young man at the counter if that made sense to him. He reply, “it’ll only be thirty more minutes”. I guess it hasn’t dawned on him that gas station customers don’t typically hang around for a half-hour. The She’ll station down the road has coffee available during daylight hours.
- NGn gAug 19, 20251.0Rude cashier walked away from the counter right as I approached. Proceeded to talk to another coworker in the kitchen area about nothing work related for a minute or so. (I could hear them lol...). He then walked to the other side of the counter and pretended he was looking for someone. After a couple seconds of that, he finally came over and helped me out. Took about 2 minutes to even be spoken to. While I was leaving, he sarcastically said "have a good day" then mumbles some comment under his breath as I left.
- RMRich MJul 22, 20254.0I can’t give QT 5 stars because of their high prices. It used to be a place where you could buy decently priced items. I didn’t look around a whole lot so it may be cheaper than the congress location but QT in general has outrageous prices for a lot of items. I believe a large coffee costs almost $4. Insane. I’m sure that new high price is to pay for the ridiculous coffee bar they have now. I do love QT for a lot of reason, a big one being the bathrooms and the fact that they’re open 24/7. Also their roller grill and drink selection is awesome. This location in particular is nice and clean, but the prices… I guess that’s what we pay for fin order a decent gas station. I just wonder if QT knows how much money they miss out of because people like me intentionally buy products at other places because it’s cheaper. I can’t be the only one. But, 4 stars because they gave the cleaning robot a hat. If it weren’t for the hat it would be 3. And people need to stop giving full ratings to stuff just because they had a good experience. Ratings should include everything about the store. 5 stars is perfection and QT is not perfect. It was better 5 years ago. Now it’s just a huge corporation that, in my opinion, grew too fast and lost some of its charm in the process.
