- AQAyman QerqezDec 26, 20251.0I’m really upset and disappointed with this place. I own 10 trucks, and I’ve been coming here regularly to fix my trucks. Just last month alone, I paid them more than $10,000, and I didn’t complain because I understand repairs cost money. But this time was different and very frustrating. I brought my truck three days ago because of a performance issue, and they told me the problem was the DPF system. I asked for the plan, and they said I needed a new DPF filter for around $5,000. I told them that usually we clean the DPF filter instead of replacing it, because I have a lot of trucks and I’ve seen this happen many times — cleaning normally works. They said they would try a regen and reset everything, and if that works I wouldn’t need the filter. I agreed. The next day they called and told me the truck passed the test drive and everything was fine, no engine light, no issues. Then they told me the bill was $1,600 just for the regen and tests. I was surprised by the cost, but I paid it anyway hoping the problem was fixed. I drove the truck for only one hour, and the engine light came back on with the same exact problem. I immediately called them and brought the truck back. Then they told me again that I must replace the DPF filter and there is no other option. I asked them at least to help me with the $1,600 I already paid, maybe deduct it from the $5,000 I’m supposed to pay for the new filter, or at least give me some credit since the first repair didn’t fix anything. They said no, that the previous charge was a “different thing,” and I would still need to pay the full amount again. When I decided not to continue and asked for my truck keys, they told me I had to pay another $330 because they checked the truck again. So in total, I paid $1,930 and my truck is still not fixed at all. On top of that, I met my cousin there and they charged him twice for the same exact problem too. I’m really upset with this experience and I’m not coming back again. For a place that takes a lot of money every month from customers — especially fleet owners like me — I expected honesty, better support, and fair treatment. Very bad service and zero customer support.
