  The entire team at the location in Pflugerville is absolutely professional and had my car up and running with timely beautiful work after being in an auto collision. Jay was the team member who directly worked with me. He is awesome, kind hearted and courteous. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was safe and ready for me to drive again. I will continue to come back to this location for all of my future collision/auto body/and glass repair needs. I highly recommend the Gerber Collision and Glass in Pflugerville. Ask for Jay!

  Jherlyn was fantastic. He took extra time to answer my questions and was friendly and knowledgeable. The price seems very reasonable. The receptionist was nice and the waiting room was clean and roomy. I will update once we get the work completed. But this was a good start.

  My story dates back to around November 16th 2025 -January 23rd 2026. It doesn't start off as a great story because of the red tape from a insurance company that I have, I'm not going to mention which insurance company I'll just say that there's a little Green reptile involved in their Title.. 🙄 who weren't taking care of me like they Said they would at the start of this fiasco. And then I meet NOEL at Gerber who took control of the situation as if I was a family member and not just a customer. He heard what I was going through and how many people I had to go through to get my vehicle taken care of It was pretty much embarrassing!!! Of what I had to Go through. The things that he got Approved for me are unimaginable! Gerber Collision and Glass! is the best there is if I lived in another state I will make the journey just to come here and deal with not only him but his wonderful staff there is so much more I want to say about this Awesome Crew and the remarkable service I received.. But what I Am going to leave You with is They are the best out there!! if you go anywhere else there's something wrong with you! Make sure you go and check them out for whatever Collision, Glass,Paint or Repair needs you may Have They are going to do more than what is Expected and even Imagined to take care of you.. Oh and by the way make sure you tell Them/ Him WAYNE sent you! FIVE STARS IS NOT EVEN ENOUGH FOR THEIR RATING!!! THANKS!!!!!

  Jan. 6, 2026, Gerber Collision & Glass, W Pecan St. Pflugerville, Tx. I want to leave a review of the great job Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville on W Pecan St. did on my car. I was rear ended as I sat waiting to enter I 35. I’ve never had an accident so I was kind of shook up. Thank God the man who hit me had insurance. I decided on Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville to get my car repaired. Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville did all the work in a timely manner keeping me informed of the progress at each stage. I am very pleased with the car, new bumper, new trunk panel. My car was completely cleaned on the outside and the shine was beautiful! I have to add the confidence and professionalism the personal was exceptional! I drove my car off their lot and home to my driveway. When I got out of my car I heard beep, beep, beep 5 times. I couldn’t figure out what was going on. I got back in my car and it was completely dead. I was shook up and confused as to what was going on. Gerber Collision as for a review and I didn’t give them a good review, because when I took my car to them it had no issues except someone rammed into me. The next morning Gerber Collision sent two men to figure out what happened. It was my battery! They jump started my car, took it to Auto Zone, got me a new battery and brought me back a running car. What exceptional customer service! This is the first time I have used Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville and I will continue to recommend them for their first-rate work, excellent communication and ethics! Oh I almost forgot when replacing the trunk panel the Subaru plate cracked ( see picture, yellowed area) they ordered a new plate and had it delivered the next day. This business has WOWED ME!! EXCEPTIONAL!

  I came to this collision repair shop feeling very frustrated, nervous, and worried after my accident, and they immediately made me feel welcome and cared for. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, and they took the time to comfort me and let me know everything would be okay. They fixed my car on time and did an amazing job with the repairs. As a mom of two little kids, my car was honestly a disaster when I brought it in—the door was broken and the inside was full of mess. When I picked it up, not only was the car perfectly repaired, but it was also cleaned inside, which meant so much to me. Before coming in, I read reviews about mysterious “scratches” showing up on cars, so of course I asked about a few on mine. The staff politely pulled up photos they had taken and—yep—those rashes were already there (my husband happily confirmed it too 😅). Moral of the story: take pictures of your car first, or you might end up embarrassing yourself like I did!
