I believe his name was AJ. I truly enjoyed his customer service and the quality of his work. I love how calm his demeanor is as well. Give that man a raise, please! š Also, the review below me was sort of my fault so I feel really bad about that. That day I was the one who pulled up behind that gentleman and I was already not in a good mood from terrible service at 3 other places trying to get a simple inspection. Normally they do come right out to say hi and let you know they'll be with you soon but they didn't so after sitting there for a bit, I kinda blew up and got out to ask why they hadn't come over yet. I could have handled the situation better though. I will continue to do business here because I know that is not typical of them. Things happen and people need breaks. Thank you for taking care of my car, and again thank you AJ for being so thorough, kind and knowledgeable. ššāØ

The woman who ubered me home told me not to mess with this place and they almost blew up her car. I took it with a grain of salt but here we are 8 months later. They used old rotors and my car has squeaked ever since! I brought it back under warranty and they told me it was COSMETIC and they couldnāt do anything. Currently shelling out another $500 to have them redone by a competent, HONEST mechanic! Save yourself the trouble and the cash! Go somewhere else!!!!

Came back and then they realized they never had the oil for my carā¦.went back for the third time and they didnāt have the tool to remove and change the actual filter after having put new oil in.

Iāve been getting my vehicle inspection done here every year without any issues. Itās always been a simple, straightforward process, you pull up, someone greets you, lets you know the wait time, and you either stay or come back later. However, this time was very different. There was only one vehicle in the oil change bay, so I pulled up in front of the inspection bay. I noticed at least five employees in the garage, but only one seemed to be working on a car. I waited for about 15 minutes, and no one came over. Another car pulled up behind me, and after another five minutes, the driver got out to ask why no one had helped us. One of the workers finally responded that everyone was on lunch. I completely understand that people need lunch breaks, but customersā time is valuable too. A simple sign indicating that the staff is on lunch and when theyāll return would make a big difference. Itās a small courtesy that prevents frustration and confusion for everyone.
