  If I could give them a zero I would. Absolutely the worst customer service possible! Trying to understand my reservation details. Spoke with a manager who was absolutely was rude, impatient and dismissive. I will absolutely be honest I was frustrated just trying to understand even told this manager I was not trying to be rude or a difficult customer. Interrupted me while I was confirming why I needed to go to another location. Towards the end when I asked I told him to go ahead and send my reservation to the other location and if there was anything else I need to do he hung up on me extremely unprofessional.

  Horrible customer service, asked me to drop off at my place which is less than 3 miles they said I have to wait for 1 and half hour Terrible experience with car as well, car key is not working at all I had to atleast wait for 20mins to unlock it

  Would give 0 if possible. Reserved a full sized car at noon Saturday. Show up at 1150. 0 cars available. They offer me an unclean Altima. I ask for discount or upgrade. They refuse. They claim Altima to be a full size vehicle. Nissan says it's mid sized. I ask for manager. Assistant manager Lore refused, saying they don't have telephones. They then cancelled my reservation. Avoid this place at all costs.

  I visited this Enterprise location a few years back and, honestly, it was a pretty stressful experience at the time. The atmosphere felt rushed and tense, and it wasn’t somewhere I looked forward to returning. I recently came back, and the difference is night and day. The entire atmosphere has changed — it’s calmer, more organized, and genuinely welcoming now. Loree made a huge impact on that experience. She was amazing: friendly, patient, and very personable. She took the time to help, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy instead of stressful. It’s clear this location has improved a lot, and employees like Loree are exactly why. I’d feel comfortable coming back again.

  Racial stereotyped by Branch Assistant Manager, 1312 FM 685 Pflugerville TX. This Assistant Manager at 1312 FM 685 is extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending employee. This Branch Assistant Manager makes up stories on customers, lies to customers and tells customers she does not see their reservations. She picks and chooses customers whom suck up to her. Otherwise, she tells customers that they cannot and she will not ever rent a car from her at Enterprise 1312 FM 685, Pflugerville. Unfortunately, she does not have authority to do this per the Enterprise Corporate Office. Enterprise Corporation does not deserve this type of employee to be working in an awesome vehicle rental company. This Assistant Branch Manager also speaks badly about her other male co-worker, in front of all us customers. This Assistant Branch Manager bragged stating the Branch Manager, he always calls in every weekend and leaves her to work by herself always. According to this Assistant Branch Manager, this why we customers with reservations have to wait over an hour to rent a car from 1312 FM 685 Pflugerville TX.
