TERRIBLE customer services, another location even confirmed they did have cars to rent. Just didn't want to work.

There was no apology, no effort to resolve the issue, and no customer-focused attitude at all. A reservation should mean something, and customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, this location failed at both.

I booked a rental car through my insurance after a collision, three days prior to my reservation date/time. I specifically requested this location due to the closeness to my home. Upon arrival, I was told that I would not be allowed to have a rental car, since the repair shop I used is closer to the Taylor, Tx-Enterprise location. When asked why, and what should I do I was told "start driving to Taylor". I found out later that the male I spoke with had sent my reservation to the Taylor location while I was speaking with him. Absolutely the worst customer service. After speaking with Enterprise customer service, I was told this is not the practice, and the Pflugerville location should have provided me with a car. I will never be using them again.
