  I would recommend Manny to work on all your car needs. He is amazing!!! He is very knowledgeable, and fixed my alignment on my BMW. We are traveling to Galveston right now, and my car runs so much better. Everybody at this location is nice, and caring. I will be bringing my car back for other stuff in the future. Also my boyfriend will be bringing in his truck too. Thanks for the great service Manny, we will be back. 😊

  We brought our junky car in for repairs expecting the worst, only to leave with so many great experiences and hope. Our car wouldn’t start, and we expected either thousands in repair cost, or to be told it was time to total the car. Staff was so nice to interact with, joked around with us, was transparent about repairs, and at no point did they ever try to upsell. They were honest, and in the end it was just a simple battery replacement with a few other routine maintenance services. We’re very pleased to bring back home this sentimental car, and to leave only paying ~$600 instead of thousands. They ran diagnostics, checked the whole car out, and were very speedy with repairs. The manager Kate was also very nice to chat with, and easily assisted with our personal changes such as who would pick up the car, alternate payment, and communication within our family. Thank you!

  I took my car to them because I have a massive oil leak and they diagnosed it as a bent oil pan so I went with it and told them to replace it if that’s the issue. They called me to pick up the car and said however it’s still leaking 🤨 billed me $800+ and the problem is not fixed. I asked to see the oil pan they removed and saw no dents or bent anywhere because I’ve been underneath the car many times and that pan looked straight and clean. I took the car home and put it on jacks and come to find out the leak was actually coming from the harmonic balancer (see attached video) basically just needed a new seal which costs about $12. I ran the car and let it get to temperature and it was clear that was the source. Absolutely disappointed in this shop, you take your car for a professional diagnosis and you get an unnecessary repair and expense. I called them back to let them know but they wanted an extra $500, plus obligation to do an oil change when I just did it few days ago. I tried everything to remove the bolt and even bought the Honda special socket for this bolt but it would not budge. Anyways, they will never see any of my cars again

  My experience was very positive. I compared prices at several places, and Brake Plus offered the best value. The staff was patient and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I especially appreciated that after inspecting my brakes, they showed me the wear and tear and walked me through the different repair options. The lifetime warranty is a major plus, as it gives me confidence that they will stand behind their work if any issues arise in the future. The waiting time was reasonable, and the service was efficient. Overall, I would recommend Brake Plus to anyone looking for brake replacement, an oil change, or other mechanical services. Aprecié mucho que, después de revisar los frenos, me mostraran el desgaste y me explicaran las diferentes opciones de reparación. La garantía de por vida es un gran beneficio, ya que me da confianza saber que respaldan su trabajo si llego a tener algún problema en el futuro. El tiempo de espera fue razonable y el servicio fue eficiente.
