    Every time I go to this store the staff have been super helpful and informative. Especially tonight Junior Lopez told me step by step on how to put on battery terminals and how to install my battery while also encouraging me.

    I had a frustrating experience at the AutoZone in Pflugerville (Store #6475). I placed an online order for pickup and went in to get it. The employees told me they couldn’t find my order and, after briefly looking at my confirmation email, sent me to the Hutto location. Before leaving, I double-checked my email and confirmed that my order was in fact for the Pflugerville store. I went back inside and explained this, but they again said they couldn’t find it and told me I would have to call customer service. I left, but since I urgently needed the part, I ended up going back again to reorder it. This time, they finally checked the online order shelf — and my part was sitting right there with my name clearly on it. The most frustrating part is that this could have been resolved immediately if someone had simply checked the online order shelf from the beginning. Instead, I was sent to another store and told to contact customer service for no reason. It was a waste of time and unnecessary inconvenience. I hope the staff can improve their process for handling online pickups so other customers don’t have to deal with the same issue.

    Lee saved the day! We left the lights on and our car died. Lee was so quick to help and gave it a jump, he even answered other questions we had about our car battery. Everyone at the auto zone was extremely kind and ready to help. Thank you!
