  I went into this location, looking to find assistance With windshield wipers, Air filters, my headlights , and AC coolant. A young man was assisting me and when I asked for help with windshield wipers, he suggested ones that were approximately $35. When I asked for cheaper ones, he showed me some options one for $14 then proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t sell them to me without looking at my car first, Which I found strange, considering he was willing to sell me the more expensive ones without looking at my vehicle. Then I inquired About my headlights and asked for him to take a look to see if the bulbs needed to be replaced because I was unable to see very well at night and had been driving with my highbeams on. When I showed him my lights, He said that I didn’t need the bulbs replaced because the small yellow lights in the corner of the headlights were working. I don’t know much about vehicles, but I found that strange considering when I turned on the headlights, nothing shined, except when I turned on high beam And I know that those small yellow lights are not the entire headlight. Needless to say, I left and took my business to O’Reillys in manor Because he was just trying to scam me. They treated me so much better and did not try to get over on me at O’Reillys. The man that assisted me even took out my headlights and showed me that they were blown out and not working at all.. I don’t know if that guy at AutoZone is just young and inexperienced and truly did didn’t know but it did feel like he was just trying to sell me the most expensive products since it was just me and my daughter in there and I’m a young mom. I don’t think that is a good look. Businesses should lead with integrity

  I stopped by Autozone this morning with a dead battery and Lee B. Was so helpful with my situation. He took his time to help me out. I appreciate the great customer service he provided. Thank you Lee.

  Lee helped me by printing out the sequence for my plugs and reminding me to get a spark plug tapper. Great guy!

  Came in to get my key fob battery changed and Lee helped me change it and was a big help!! I usually refuse going in places like this as a woman because i get made to feel as im dumb but he was great!
