Naturally, we had to stop for some road trip donuts! Things got weird when we asked an older lady in a Dunkin' uniform about fresh donuts. She didn't understand English, so my friend asked her in Spanish. Her response? A super blunt and unhelpful, 'they'll be out when they'll be out.' We tried to speak to the manager, and she was immediately incredibly rude. She basically told us we just had to wait because she had just taken her break, and then she walked off! Seriously uncool customer service. Shout out to the lovely cashier up front, She told us we should file a complaint with the GM, Adolfo or the Assistant GM, Joanne

She refused to help me several times while she was just standing there talking with another customer about inappropriate behavior. Her name tag said GeraLynn. She was very unprofessional!!
