  Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about the towel station at the Pearland location. I really appreciate that Quick Quack Car Wash provides complimentary towels it’s a great feature. However, I’ve noticed on multiple visits that the towels often have a strong unpleasant odor and sometimes still appear dirty. This makes it uncomfortable to use them and defeats the purpose of drying or cleaning the car. It might help to review the washing process or replace towels more frequently to ensure they are clean and fresh for customers. I’m sharing this because I enjoy coming here and would love to see this aspect improved. Thank you for your time and for taking customer feedback into consideration.

  Response: the part came off prior to the blowers sir and was flapping banging the window before it was ripped off completely. I have a witness that was in the car with me. Plus you have other complaints of damage being done to other vehicles. Nothing was wrong with our car before we went there but nice try shifting the blame on us and our old 2019 vehicle. Maybe you should put signs up stating you only want customers if they drive new vehicles instead. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They damaged our company vehicle and refuse to pay for it with their BS excuse of it being older than 5yrs old. The whole spoiler with light fixture ripped off in their car wash that they clearly saw on their cameras and to get out of paying for it all of a sudden came up with this ridiculous policy. Now our van has wires hanging down the window and fluid getting inside. We will be canceling our corporate membership since this is how they treat their customers.

  We have a multiple car membership to this location, and we love the convenience and customer service. Mr Henry and his team is a joy. The stalls have always been stocked with clean towels when we had stopped by and that’s a plus.
