    Let me take the time to highlight the professionalism and comfort I got from these amazing guys at Valvoline in Pearland. Especially Mr. Rob. He clearly walked me through the process and highlighted what services I need in the future. As a teacher and female he made me feel at ease with the future cost and did an awesome job getting my truck in and out. I truly appreciate his team.

    We've been going to the Valvoline Instant oil change on Pearland Pkwy since it opened several years ago. I've always taken our Jeeps but on Tuesday my wife took her Jeep in. After waiting over 20 minutes to get into the bay area she was told that "supposedly" the oil we have always used was NO LONGER available and she was told that they would have to use a MUCH more expensive oil. The additional cost would have been almost $100 for the oil change!!! I CALL BS! They tried to take ADVANTAGE of her because I believe she was a WOMAN! NEVER AGAIN! We took our Jeep to TAKE 5 down the street! I will LET everyone I come across know this is HOW you operate!
