I thought it was the starter or something because I just bought this battery last year. Anyway they check and it's the battery. He's like I have a $250 battery for you. I'm like I have a warranty, I'll take care of it. Long story short they were like start the truck. It starts. Turn it off....start the truck again. It won't start. He's like I didn't do it! I'm like I know. So everyone is standing there just watching the truck not turn on and I stop trying and they are all just standing there. He's still trying to sell me this battery. I'm like look, I didn't come here to spend $120 for an oil change, let alone $400 and I told you I have a warranty. Why do I eventually have to be like, y'all can't just jump start me? So he asks them to find the device to jump start me and the truck starts right back up. I went straight to AutoZone and they confirmed the battery was bad and they swapped it out for free, even though Valvoline was saying they were just going to prorate the cost of a replacement battery.
