  I was able to schedule my appointment online in less than ten minutes for exactly when and where it was convenient for me! The work was done in less than 1 1/2 hours by a very professional and courteous technician. They even allowed me to split up the payments into four installments with no interest. Safeties will be my first go-to any time I need my auto glass replaced. Ten out of ten, would recommend!

  On 12/27/25 I scheduled an appointment with safelite to come out and repair my rear window glass and was quoted $419 online after providing all the requested information for my vehicle. Was told 1/2/26 was the earliest they could come out. On 1/2/26 the technician comes out and tells me he has the wrong glass. Someone from the office gives me a call and tells me “someone has the glass on their truck but we don’t know who’s truck, and nobody is answering that they have it, so we’re just going to order a new glass for you”. This next appointment is scheduled for 1/6/25. I confirm with this individual that the price would be the same and she responds that it will. Tells me to ignore the price that I now see in my email ($939) tells me it’s incorrect and they will honor the original price I was quoted ($419). A different technician shows up to my house on 1/6/25 with a piece of glass that he tells me is meant to go on the top of the car. I assume the sunroof because that’s the only glass on top of the car. He seems very apologetic and is just as confused as I am why Safelite can’t seem order the correct glass for my car. He tells me he’ll have a manager call me about this. The next day no manager has called me but I now have a third scheduled appointment now two weeks after the initial appointment was made. The price in this email now says $813. I call and ask to speak to the manager who is apparently off on a random Wednesday. I explain this entire situation to the lady that answers the phone and she’s cutting me off the entire time telling me that nobody should have told me the initial price could be honored because they’re not allowed to do that. She says safelite’s prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed because they get the glass from a marketplace and the price is whatever the marketplace says it is that day. She also cut me off and said nobody brought a sunroof glass to my house because they don’t do sunroofs. She didn’t take any accountability on behalf of the company for all of the different prices or different pieces of glass showing up to my house. She blamed everything on the system and said this type of thing happens all the time where the wrong glass is ordered and the wrong price is given. When asked if this was considered false advertising she said no once again because of the marketplace changing pricing and “system” 😂 The manager was conveniently on a call and not able to speak with me but the receptionist let me know she already talked to him about what was going on and assured me the manager said there was nothing he could do either. She offered me $100 off but let me know there would be no honoring of the original price. I’ve been unable to drive my car for two weeks waiting on these people to do their job correctly. Needless to say I don’t trust these people to touch my car and canceled the appointment. Who’s to say they would even bring the correct glass on this third appointment? I’m going to the dealership where I know the work is guaranteed, the price is the price, and they know what glass to order the first time.

  They changed my windshield and now the inside cabin lights don't turn on...I made an appointment with them to get my car fixed and their guy(mechanic)told me that there is nothing to do to fix the problem

  Needed a rock chip glass repair. The shop and tech were great. Gave me a complimentary can of spray glass cleaner. Safelite has been my go to place for windshield repair and replacement on several vehicles over the past q6 plus years.

  I had a previous appointment with another company that never showed up never let me know they were not going to show up while giving me an ETA twice so made an appointment with Safelite and they communicated properly and showed up like they promised, gave me all the useful info for the procedure, the technician was very professional
