I received a courtesy call to remind me of my Monday morning appointment. Upon arrival, I checked in at the front desk and Juan began servicing my vehicle right away. I waited in the nice waiting area. I was told the windshield installation can take up to 2 hours. Juan, completed the windshield replacement in about an hour. He provided excellent customer service and I was impressed with his professionalism. After receiving some additional aftercare instructions, I thanked him for his excellent work. I will use Safelite for any future windshield repair or replacement needs, and recommend them to family and friends.
