  After they took my money told me couldn't wash the top of truck due to backrack and couldn't wash the back because of trailer hitch

  I got duped into the top package. My car was not even clean after going through the carwash. (I guess that’s why it’s unlimited, it takes multiple washes to get the job done!!!!!) There was no wipe down at the end. When I called in to cancel. They hit me with a “we have a 10 day cancellation”. I pretty much begged the rep to refund the charge that hit the day before he wouldn’t budge. Move on to the next one cause this one ain’t it!

  I signed up for the Ceramic Membership this past Saturday to see if it was worth it. While the wash itself was good, the rain repellant that’s supposed to be included doesn’t seem to be working, and I’m not sure if the wax sealant was even applied. During the recent rain, the water didn’t bead off the windshield or the hood at all, it looked the same as before. I was really hoping for better results, especially since this was part of the upgraded membership.

  I’m really impressed with the new Quick Quack Car Wash here in Pearland! The customer service is super friendly and upbeat — everyone greets you with a smile and makes the experience enjoyable. The place is always clean and well-kept, the vacuums have strong suction, and the towels are fresh and spotless every time. It’s definitely above what I expect from a typical car wash. Great job to the whole team for keeping everything top-notch! Highly recommend! 🚘✨

  Stopped for the free wash. This is usually done to sign up customers. I am. Irrently a customer with 3 cars at another wash and looking for a better deal. I was greeted by a young lady. She was cordial and not pushy. We discussed her plans. Unfortunately they were more expensive than what I am paying for now. Went through the wash and it did a great job in my opinion. I did notice I had to towel dry a little more than I would at my current club. They had towels available. I had to ask for window cleaner as it was not readily available. The had plenty of free vacuums with air spray. I didn’t ask if they could wash my rubber mats as most places will. Isaac came over and asked if I would write a review for a free air freshener. The only downside I saw is that you can only and enter through the same entrance. As I was driving out, a car was coming out of the tunnel and if either driver is not paying attention, an accident could happen. Everyone was friendly today.
