  Moved and had to find a new place to take my car. I've never had issues with NTB. When I first moved to Friendswood I was referred to Grease Monkey (I would highly recommend against this place). They over charged my partner on a basic oil change, even though we requested a high mileage oil change. Needless to say I looked up an NTB close to our home and was able to get my oil change done and the mechanic Javier and his boss were wonderful. They found some other issues with my car and noted the cost for everything that needed fixing and explained what was wrong and what I needed to fix immediately. Javier was very thorough and professional. We will be back for the repairs and will continue to return and refer customers. Thank you for the great customer service and through explanations for the repairs.

  At 9ish a.m. my husband and I were the only customers purchasing two new tires and a new battery. Mike was very courteous giving my husband a disabled vet and senior citizen discount. I am also disabled so the battery was paid for by me and the tires by by husband. Mike was multitasking when after 45 minutes no progress was made, my husband went back with Mike to see what the hold up was; 4 techs couldn’t get the tires off and refused to install them as instructed by my husband replacing them where the old tires were replaced. We would have paid extra but those techs were too busy joking and goofing off while Mike was doing all he could to hurry the job. I am also disabled and the 2.5 hour wait was very uncomfortable for me as I suffer from sciatica back pain! Thai the tech I dealt with last year, was not on duty and the jokers who were obviously were inadequate to complete the job timely. There were no other cars being worked on except for mine! My husband had a medical condition requiring surgery next month and this added stress caused by these inadequate techs was totally unacceptable! We were very disappointed in this unacceptable service! There was also a lady tech who was too busy joking around with the other techs - total unprofessional service! Mike was apologetic but it wasn’t a reflection on him as he was handling the front counter as well as trying to expedite whatever those unprofessional wannabe’s techs were doing! 2.5 hours on one car - no other cars being serviced at the time with 4 techs trying to figure out how to remove and replace tires! Totally unacceptable! We have taken my car to the dealer and max time for them is 45-1 hour! Very very disappointed!

  New tires purchased and installed and a front end alignment 0n 03/08/26. Service was prompt, everything was explained, and the staff was very courteous and professional. Robert had helped me the day March 6 and was most useful and had to order tires. On 03/08 Javier had my alignment done immediately after my tires were installed, and Glenn assisted me through every part of the purchase process. I was very pleased.

  The staff were very nice and very professional from checking in to check out. Weldon and Javier did an awesome job. Can’t say enough about how nice everyone was. Thanks for taking care of me.

  My son drove his truck here to get an alignment and was told the tie rod fell out when they took the wheel off and would have to get it towed home or pay $160 for them to fix it. I ended up meeting my son there and the guy working was able to get out back on but still never got an alignment since they were closed by then. I ended up giving one of the kids some cash for getting it back together to drive home since I told them I wasn’t paying anything and to just put it back how it was when my son arrived. Now it makes a horrible noise and it can hardly be driven. Save your time and take your vehicle somewhere else.
