Enterprise got with us immediately and set up a time for us to come get a car. We showed up at our local Enterprise rental location and we were driving our in a car in short order. The Enterprise employees were friendly, helpful, and efficient. We were given a clean new car which served us well for the next six days. The car return also went quickly and smoothly. We would absolutely use Enterprise again and recommend them to friends and family. We had a good experience there.

As he proceeded to transfer me to the “right” department, I was hung up on or attempted to leave a message to be taken care of when I need the vehicle to leave in 24 hours. As I’m trying to tell him, all I need is for him to locate me a location in Houston that does and guarantee the type of vehicle I booked will be there as this rental is for a birthday experience for my dad, this is very important to my family. Andrew proceeded to hang up on me because “I’m telling him what to do”. I’ve worked in customer service for 22 years. The groundwork to take care of the inconvenienced never should have been resolved before even calling me. I will never book enterprise again. Very disappointing experience. ***The district manager called and remedied the matter within 24 hours. Thank you for taking the time.***
