He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my vehicle and provided a clear, straightforward estimate without any pressure. What I really appreciated was that he encouraged me to take time to discuss everything with my wife before making a decision and even went over financing options to help make the repairs more manageable. Unfortunately, the repairs were outside of my current budget, but that had nothing to do with the service or integrity they showed. Because of how upfront, patient, and professional Michael was, they’ve absolutely earned my trust moving forward. When I’m in the market for another vehicle, I’ll very likely use them for a pre-purchase inspection, and I fully plan to use Eagle Automotive and Transmission for future repair needs. Honest service like this is hard to find, and it really stands out. Highly recommend.

I called in, they told me to come right over, gave me a free diagnostic, explained exactly what was wrong, and fixed my car the same day. (2014 Range Rover) I was panicking because I needed my car back ASAP, and Mr. Hayden assured me that if I came in at 8 AM, it would be ready by 1 PM—and he delivered exactly what he promised. Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent price, and excellent timing. I’m super happy with everything. Highly recommend!
