Wanted verification from another source as I hadn’t experienced any problems starting my truck. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and professional, checked it right away for me and showed me that there was indeed a dead cell. Replaced it for me quickly and very transparent with pricing. I wish I could remember his name (African American gentleman, pretty sure his name started with a G). Great experience, will definitely be a repeat customer!
