  I have to say, Mr. Jimmy at NTB truly treats customers like family. I'm so used to dealing with rude service elsewhere and never getting clear information about what's included in my car service. But at this location, I felt genuinely welcomed-from the first phone call all the way out the door. Mr. Jimmy gave me some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you, NTB, for having amazing representatives.   Ended up here after originally making an appointment for a different location, only to find that location had been shut down. Jimmy Hicks helped me out, got me in and out super quick and was friendly the entire time. Great service.
