  No les pongo 0 solo por qué no tienen esa opción,pero fue una tortura estar con esta empresa,desde el día 1,para empezar a Ian dicho que la maquina era solo soplar una vez y resultó ser que es cada tantos minutos,nos saco un susto de muerte en la autopista,uno va normal y de repente empieza a sonar la máquina,te espantas,bueno y luego es tiempo que se desestimó el caso de mi familiar y la oficial ya mando la orden para quitar el aparato el abogado dijo que todo está bien que deben de quitarlo ya y cada que llama dicen que no aparece que aún no tienen nada,llámenme ignorante pero yo se que un correo electrónico se envía y llega al destino por medio de un clic.me parece de muy mal gusto que ya an pasado 5 días y nada.uno se pone a pensar que es mas que nada, ganas de no querer quitar el aparato,osea si le cae mal prepárense,los aran sufrir.y batallar,ya se pago lo que se tenía que pagar y hasta de más.no se que más esperen,uno tiene que hacer muchas cosas y el tiempo corre,no me parece justo que jueguen así con clientes que fueron puntuales con los pagos y las sincronizaciones. De verdad si buscan un lugar donde pongan las máquinas en los carros no les recomiendo está.mejor ir un poco más lejos donde nos an platicado el servicio es lo que es y las cosas son como deben de ser,que es lo que se espera de un servicio que ya se pago y se debió terminar.

  First of all I want to say this the lady I spoke with over the phone was very helpful and got me connected. But the place that she booked for them to install it is not very well kept up with their screws . That being said I dropped my vehicle off for the interlock to get put on when I picked up my vehicle and was driving down the road I heard a ticking noise so I rolled down my window to listen to see what it was upon doing that I figured there was something in the tire so as I get out and look at the left side of my truck the two left tires have screws in them. I don't recommend the installation place in Pasadena on Spencer highway to anybody. And that is Pasadena Texas

  The service on phone sucks! Then if you don’t blow perfectly like it wants it will count as a missed which will add up and charge you another 100.00 dollars. Then when you blow at the start of car couple of minutes later while your driving it wants you to blow again. Then if you wait to long to blow it counts as a missed too. It’s a pain in the ass if you really want to know my opinion! Oh I forgot to add also don’t eat before blow either. Or use hand cleaner with Alcohol, the machine will pick it up!
