  The rep talked me into buying a "half price" membership and then rang it up for full price I have been unable to get a refund even though I received a no services from this place at all- the rep was apologetic but nobody at their customer service has been willing to assist in getting this taken care of

  I go to this location whenever I pick up my 6 year oldGrandson, in fact, he told me about Quick Quack and I purchased my membership because he loved it so much. Today Amy and Noah were so Fun while checking me in...Quick Quack has The BEST people working for them!! My wash lasts longer than any place I have been prior. Your busiess is Stellar!!! Thank You so much!!!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one matters. After one wash at this location, I noticed new scratches across multiple panels of my truck that were not there before entering. I reported it immediately on-site and an incident report was created with photos. After their “review,” the company denied responsibility and stated the scratches were “inconsistent with their equipment pattern.” Claim denied. From my standpoint, the damage appeared immediately after the wash. Instead of accountability, I received a generic explanation and was advised I could use my own insurance. If you care about your paint — especially on dark vehicles — inspect your vehicle carefully in direct sunlight before and after using this wash. Update in response to the business’s reply: To be clear, my truck did not have scratches across multiple panels prior to entering your wash. The damage was discovered immediately after exiting, which is why it was reported on-site and documented with photos in an incident report at that time. I understand that your internal review concluded the marks did not match your equipment pattern. However, as the vehicle owner, I am fully aware of the condition of my truck before service. New, visible multi-panel scratching appearing immediately after a wash is not something I can dismiss as coincidence. What is most disappointing is not just the denial, but the lack of meaningful accountability or resolution beyond suggesting I use my own insurance. I paid for a membership in good faith, expecting care, professionalism, and a fair review process. I did not bring in a damaged vehicle seeking reimbursement. I reported what occurred after service, and I stand by that. I will be taking my business elsewhere. My review is simply to encourage other customers to inspect their vehicles carefully before and after service.
