Well explained multiple times that we weren’t interested as we have a membership at a different car wash and just wanted to see how good Quick Quack was. Finally we pay and go through the wash. Once we exit the car to vacuum and dry the car we notice that our license plate got bent which their response was oh we can’t do anything about that and it’s not bolted at the bottom. Which has never been an issue at other car washes. And lastly there was still visible spots of dirt and bird poop so it didn’t even wash the car properly. Which we told the employee about as well and they didn’t even acknowledge what we said.
