  So going through the car wash one of the cleaners misjudged the size of my jeep and hit the roof, not only causing the whole machine to shut down, but it banged so hard it broke my windshield. The manager, very nice gentleman by the way named Josh, witnessed this event happening. Pulled me to the side, took pics and vids and all of my info. Fast forward, talked to Josh once again and he let me know the car wash wasn’t liable for breaking my windshield, which is $800 to replace btw. It’s a corporate thing, I don’t blame Josh at all, but definitely will be taking legal action. I went there for a car wash and left with a broken windshield in which the manager witnessed as well. Make it make sense how they aren’t liable. Will never go back, very unprofessional as a company.

  Damaged my truck then said it wasn’t them and it was damaged when I came in. Truck is very well kept no way it was damaged before I got there

  The membership is definitely worth it! A dusty vehicle now turns into a soap and bubbles adventure for my kids every time we drive through. On top of that, they have a lost and found, so I was ecstatic when I recovered a backpack that I inadvertently left behind. Robert and his team do a fantastic job and are highly professional. Would recommended.

  I came here recently and this happened. Not only my spoiler came off but my passenger mirror came off as well and they aren’t willing to pay anything towards the fixes and they even tried to say it was on me. Never coming again and be careful when coming here cause they won’t pay a single penny if something happens.

  I am EXTREMELY dissapointed with Mister Carwash on Spencer and Beltway 8 in Pasadena, Texas.. I went there to wash my 2016 Toyota Tundra and take advantage of their promo.. As it turns out it was a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT.. As my truck went thru the carwash the rags used to wash the vehicles pulled off a molding in my truck.. I made a report with them hoping to be compensated for it, but their policy does NOT include CISTOMER SATISFACTION.. I received a call today from SEAN letting me know they will NOT be responsible for the damage, nor accept any liability nor compensate me for the damage caused BY THEIR machines because the rubber molding were "too old" and dried up.. Seems to me Mister Carwash will NEVER assume responsibility for any vehicle that THEIR carwash damages.. I was told that there is a disclaimer outside stating it will not cover "out dated" vehicle parts.. This is completely false.. The disclaimer only mentions non-oem vehicle parts added.. I HIGHLY recommend people NOT to wash their vehicles at that place.. Mister Carwash will NEVER assume any responsibility for damages.. All they want is people's money and customer satisfaction is OBVIOUSLY NOT part of the company's moto or policy.. I will be requesting a refund and see if they will honor atleast that and then cancel my membership with them.. Again, I amd VERY, VERY dissatisfied with Mister Carwash and would CAUTION others of Mister Carwash's customer DISSATISFACTION policy.
