  I want to mention Ashley and Kiyah. They made my day , they are super courteous and nice. I just want to come back to this truck stop all the time.

  Management was scared to provide me with her name after a brief and simple conversation about products just so that I have a reference on as in who I spoke with when speaking with corporate, seems a little suspicious if you ask me. Tuesday October 28,2025 10:06am- 10:08am. Also I called 4 times before my calls were answered. I asked to speak with corporate and was given a guest service number.

  I just got banned by MARY…a new manager,short with the glasses..but I didn’t do anything.this is my home truck stop in which I come to after being on the road 5-8 weeks and I’ve been coming to this truck stop for 2 years and have never had a problem ,what was supposed to be a simple grown adult interaction ,turned into me being banned from the truck stop, and calling the police on me ,in which I didn’t run when she threatened it because I haven’t done anything wrong and I have no record or any reason to run..I was actually polite even introduced myself to her from the beginning being that I come there all the time and she’s a new person and I’m about building good relationships and rapport ,but she turned this all the way negative for no reason .I believe it was racial.Im am a respectful African American man and when Caucasian people act like this I always call it racial.I did nothing to be banned .Actually when we was talking ,and it was my turn to talk again, she walked off in the middle of me speaking and ran in the other room,Came back out when she heard me talking to another worker,and threatened the police .Then the other white lady with the glasses kept jumping in my convo and antagonizing me and harassing me .This is always what happens when you put women or white people in a position of”power” especially when you’re black man, they do the most .It really sucks that I was treated that way ,and even the police told me she has trespassed many people already and I know for a fact she hasn’t even been there long .This was the safe truck stop and close to my house ,the other two are where they break in and steal your property ,also they are waaay further from where I live .Now I have to search for another truck stop ,and this will be real inconvenient for me over the future ,especially with spending money.Im almost sure she has a “short man complex”..I definitely didn’t do anything .I will be contacting HR and escalating to the highest degree.I didn’t yell, cuss or anything.I literally didn’t do anything to be banned.But they always do things like this where no audio can be presented.Im a little more outspoken than the average person, but I am not disrespectful and I’m logical enough to not do anything to mess up the place I need to park and have been parking .Logically wouldn’t even make sense .This was a case of ,I can do whatever I want ,you can’t fight it.I can walk away while you’re talking ,ban you because I want to and can.It has to be racial Or misogyny has to be..I’m 35 years old and I look younger,I’m doing pretty well in life ,I have enough sense to not make bad rapport somewhere I have been staying and planned on staying in the future.I begged for her to listen to me finish so she can fully understand, said no ,and was being real rude.most people would’ve let you talk then still went with how they felt prior.She didn’t even do that.She was so insistent on being rude and snotty for no reason.She banned me because I didn’t leave the store when she wanted me to.I didn’t do anything to even need to leave the store.It was literally,”I don’t care what you have to say,leave before I ban you. She had already told me I can’t park there first because I said “I normally wouldn’t have asked”.. that made her mad and she said I can’t park there now and banned me…. Context on that was I was asking about the bobtail parking and said I was going out of town a few days, she said “ok this time but after, u have to pay for parking if u stay more than a day, we’ve charged the policy”(along with my first time seeing her and I come here all the time). “..I said “cool, cus normal I wouldn’t have cc asked anyways”as in good think I asked or I would’ve been towed..that made her mad though..And I just left my tractor in the lot for 4 days a month ago, so I know all this is new..this time I was bobtail so I asked about the bobtail section to make sure.I was bobtail last time(I usually have a trailer) in a regular spot 4days.I was just tryna help a fellow trucker and not take up a full space, & got banned, but maybe saved a tow.
