On the day of pickup, I received a call stating that no rental van was available. I was offered two smaller cars that would not accommodate my family’s needs. Eventually, I was referred to another location that said they would have a van ready by 1:30 p.m. When I arrived at 1:40 p.m., the van had not been cleaned and had a large crack in the windshield. The employee quickly vacuumed it, but when we got home, we realized the vehicle was still very dirty, there were crumbs and debris between the seats. We either had to clean it ourselves or drive with our family in a filthy vehicle. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially given that the reservation was made months in advance. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I expected a much higher level of service. At this point, I will be considering other companies for future rentals.
