I will be giving two bad reviews one for this store and one for another AutoZone. I was told another store had the part that I was looking for so when I asked the store that I originally called to see if they can call to ask if they did have it in stock, they said they only had one and gave me the number to call. So I called the store and I got put on hold for roughly about 10 minutes and so I hung up and called back and got put on hold again I said well I'll just take the 30 minute drive to go get the part. Once I get there I see why they're not taking the calls they have three people at the register and a line of about 10 people. It's great that they are main hub, with a water parts, I would think on a Sunday afternoon they might be busy with all the people working on their vehicles and needing things. So with a 30-minute drive to get to the store in about another 30 minute wait in line, the cashier looks up the part and was a little confused he said I'll be right back, I believe you went to go talk to the manager, he comes back to tell me the part is not there, they have drivers out picking up parts from other stores to bring it there, and tells me that he doesn't know when it's going to be there, I told the cashier another store told me that you all had it, he tells me that store should have called to verify that the part was there, they didn't call, and gave me the number to call, and of course I got put on hold. Can be very frustrating on trying to get a part and now you got to drive back 30 minutes back home without a part.
I read a few reviews here, and it's exactly true about AutoZone employees Horrible service ,when I first walked in the elderly man that says he cant hear helped I asked a question about where are the screws to put a license plate on , he pointed, but he was helping someone else, than I waited in line to get help and I asked if someone can look and tell me do I need a license plate holder or just screws and all three employees were rude, I stood in line first to ask if I could get help with buying screws for my license plate ,I was next and the elderly man that has a hearing problem ignored me answered the phone turned his back towards me so than I asked the female Hispanic cashier she would not go look to seewhat i needed so she asked the young white male employee and je was very rude and sharp with, not one of yr employees would help, the customer helped me that was getting checked out with the autozone white young male employee, the customer was so sweet and helpful, but i told him I'll never buy anything from AutoZone again , not one of yr employees cared or even had empathy to want to help, i feel if I was a white woman the would have helped me , I have a few white friends that always get treated good at autozone , but autozone employees are trained to be racist , or they only hire racist people I said I was parked in handicapp in front of the store they could see my car, and the young male employee was rude to me and said I'm busy not right now, and I did not say I needed help right away, I would have waited, they were helping all the customers that walked in after me and the older employee was rude the one that said his hearing was bad,he did not offer to help me next he ignored me and answered the phone , I never complained and waited and waited , if you look at ur security footage you will see all yr employees were rude and when I shop at stores I always record myself,in case people treat me like this, I'm handicap I was parked at handicap I'm 62 yrs old with health issues with my hands , and yr employees are ruthless , and when I said I'll give a review and the young male auto zone employee said I'll do two bad reviews on you, I will never buy product from y'all, a very experienced auto mechanic told me don't ever buy the trash AutoZone products especially brakes , buy yr products at O'Reilly's they have better products, the autozone brakes are TRASH, also I feel these employees were racist towards me because I'm an elderly brown skin mixed race Hispanic woman that looks Mexican and indigenous, it was not even that busy
